I went in to replace bras that were way to big for me because I ordered them through doordash, and I'm not well experienced in bra shopping since my mother died when I was younger. So I go in. The girl who greeted me was really nice, I didn't even know they could measure your bust, and she was really respectful about it, but then she asked about what bras i had gotten from doordash and she looked at the sizes and she laughed at me. She said she didn't know if they had my size so she would have to find a manager. The manager came to me and said they don't have my size but we do have other bras that might fit, but they'll be tight. We walked over, and first, she pointed at the wrong bras that she was initially talking about, second they were all for middle schoolers, or that's how they appeared. I wanted to cry, because not only was I looking at children's bras, but she had an attitude. Now, mind you the place was busy, it was 4 or something like that, she probably felt rushed, but the bras she wanted me to try, didn't even fit. I did cry in the dressing room for sure. I thought you were supposed to feel sexy when walking into a place like this, or at least beautiful. I felt small and pitiful. And even with all of that aside, why don't they have my size bra? Isnt suppose to be a underwear luxury store? But whatever. I'm not gonna go back. And if you're like me and have small chest like me I don't suggest going in. Especially if they are busy. And I've bought bras that fit before why don't they have them?

Never again will I visit the Saturday rush at 3:00, and wait in line for my turn to dig into the panty trough. Lol. Yuck..

Friendly and professional staff at this location who were extremely helpful as well. The sales lady who helped a good friend get fitted was very thoughtful and knowledgable. The store was clean, and shelves were stocked in addition to being well organized compared to 2 other locations I've been to within the last 6 months. I will definitely be returning here again soon!

Prices way higher and store seems like it has went down hill. The greeter at the door and cashier were really nice. They deserve a raise.

I walked in not greeted. There was no help for people who had questions like myself. When trying to surprise your girlfriend it's hard for a guy to go in to a store. I think they need more people on the floor to help people more even for females.???☹️☹️☹️?????. 11_2_22 I had to make a birthday and Christmas gift run to here today. I was actually greeted and helped by two employees..I was very surprised. I'm always nervous about going in here to begin with but the ladies who helped were nice and helped with no problem.????????. Today 1_19_2023 I went to exchange some products and the women helped me out very kindly. The woman behind the counter and floor host was helpful in find what was good on the exchange. I also learned that return within thirty days or no longer valid. So I can't surprise my girlfriend on a birthday anniversary Christmas because of the return policy I had recet and tags on the product still and didn't matter. I think corporate needs to rethink return policy no man in the world can walk in a the store and get the right bra the first time. I think return policy should be relooked at. The Ft. Wayne mall location is friendly store. ????????????. Thank you ladies for the help today.

I was greeted. Asked if I was looking for anything particularly. I wanted to look for under garments. I was told there were 2 stations, and that they were 5 for $25. First one I went to paint was chipped or not even present on the cabinet and drawers, looked very dirty. And unless you are a small, and your size is on top, you have to use the drawers. I understand it’s the holiday season, but the presentation and organization was unacceptable. Cabinets/drawers/handles need replaced or at least painted. Walls and floors were dirty. Customer service was decent. I won’t be coming back to that location.

I like shopping at VS PINK, but the customer service is not good. I had bought a $50-60 bra and I wanted to wash it before wearing it. I put it in the wash, (since I had previously washed my bras in the washer before) but it ripped in half through the middle. I called the store and wanted to know if I could possibly bring it in (since I know if you bring in your old bras, you'd get a percentage off your new bra) but they said that I should have read the tags and known not to put it in the washer and that they couldn't do anything for me. I ended up buying a new bra at full price.
