“We had two cats we adopted from a rescue that saved them. We took both of them, Ringo Dingo Starr, and Coconut Lime to this vet. They were very welcoming, and answered all of our questions, while giving amazing care, year after year. The bonus was, they were cheap! Two days ago, Coco suddenly and unexpectedly passed away. I walked in to my house, and she was lying on the floor, deceased. I called them up for advice, absolutely devastated. Even though they closed in 10 minutes, they told me to bring her in. I was an absolute mess, crying in the waiting room. The woman that helped me was so sweet, kind, and genuinely cared about the situation. I wish I had gotten her name. They made a hard situation just a little better. I will forever take my pets to them! Thank you so much. I really needed your care and concern at the time.”
“Cedar Creek has been where my wife and I take all 5 of our cats and have for years. The staff are so kind. I've never once been made to feel like my pets or I were an inconvenience. Cannot recommend Cedar Creek enough.”

“Update August 2024: we have 5 cats now, and we’ve had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Kowlowitz-Taylor too. 3 of our cats needed dentals over the last couple of months, and the process was so easy. My cats were very well looked after for their procedures. When I picked them up from their surgeries, they were much more relaxed and at ease compared to when I have left my cats at other vet offices in the past for similar procedures.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Jill and the rest of the team at this office! We have 3 kitties, and we always feel like they receive the best care here!”

“Today I really want to give a shout-out to the staff and service at Allen Vet Hospital. This is the second time I had to seek urgent treatment for my dog. I am amazed that I could not find a vet clinic that takes walk-ins. Thankfully the staff at New Haven Hospital was kind enough to tell me to try Allen Vet Hospital and I have no regrets. The facility was clean, the staff was really friendly, the service was great, and the bill was unexpectedly reasonable. In the last episode I had no choice but to go to the Emergency Hospital and that really dented my pocket after waiting for hours. It might have just been my lucky day but I had about a 15 min wait if so much at Allen today. I believe in giving credit where credit is due so today I applaud Allen Vet Hospital over by Waynedale. (They have a new address on Mill Run Rd).”

“We are visiting Fort Wayne. Our dog had been sick for the past month, and we had to make the difficult decision to put her to sleep. My husband called FWPH to schedule this, nervous that we would be judged for our decision, but we were met with nothing but compassion from all the staff involved. They gave us complimentary paw and nose prints for tangible reminders of our beloved dog. We couldn't have asked for a better way to end that chapter of our lives, as difficult as it was. “The team is amazing. We recently had to put our kitty down, everyone was so kind and didn't feel forced to leave or anything. The Dr definetly made sure our cat had a peaceful passing. The company they use for cremation did an amazing job with presentation of his remains.”
“From start to finish I do have a few complaints. When I first called I was put on hold for about 20 mins so in that time I scheduled online and hung up. No biggie but a bit frustrating. Initially arrived 10 minutes early for my 4:30 appointment and checked in with a lady that kind of had a flat effect? Also no biggie. We weren’t seen until 5 which was very disappointing and frustrating as we had scheduled at 4:30. Aside from that the ladies who took a look at my cat were absolutely fantastic! They answered my questions, listened to concerns, and genuinely seemed to listen and understand. The recommendations were based in a place of care and not money, we chose what we could afford and have another appointment to follow up/ provide more care. Overall the office part was lacking but the team helping care for the pets was over the top phenomenal!”
“I needed care for my leopard gecko, Indian Creek was amazing. They got us in the same day, an initial deposit but used toward services, very knowledgeable reptile vet, fast, and handled my lil guy with care. Will be using them again. Very pleased with them overall.”
