Huge shout out to Heather who went above and beyond to fix my daughter's phone. From the first phone call to our last visit in store to set up the new phone and erase the old one to ship out, she was extremely helpful and patient every step of the way! Not to mention revisiting our plan to make sure it was the best one for us and reminding me to make sure my teacher discount was activated and giving me what I needed to make that happen. Thanks again for everything Heather!
