The staff was kind and helped resolve my issues after agreeing something was wrong, they walked me through everything and I had a pleasant experience, I’m not sure who helped me but one was maybe a manager? I didn’t really catch names 😅

Customer service was terrible. Manager was rude when explaining to me what was going on with my bill. Told me he wouldn’t lie and that all of the customer service agents that all told me different things did not know what was going on. Traded in a device and they charged me for it while giving me a credit and still took the old device so I am getting nothing for the old device and still had to pay for the new one.

After stopping by the 3rd party location on Stellhorn who couldn’t help me with anything I ended up going to this location. If you want helped quickly and efficiently this is the location that will get the job done. I believe I worked directly with the manager and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Terrible customer service. I went in with a question about my phone and plan. I was greeted immediately at the door by a sales associate, as I began speaking he aggressively spoke over me, assuming what I was asking, and bombarding me while not allowing me to finish speaking. I'm unsure what happened, he seemed really irritated from the start of the interaction and seemed to be rushing me out. As this was unfolding other associates who were present behind him calmly asked me questions and were able to assist me better as I was able to properly ask my questions and finish speaking. I am so disappointed with my treatment here and left bewildered by this interaction. I will not be returning to this location in the future and I am considering cancelling my plan with Verizon.

The first time I we went to this location, we got what we needed to get done..... done. UNFORTUNATELY, some of the information I got was INCORRECT. I was informed that the Perks would be easy to connect. I was also informed that All I had to do was Link my Google account to this account.
Well after resetting my password three times and driving back to the store I sit in line to get helped. By the time a person was free for me, there was a line. She asked if I could wait one more minute while she checks people in. I say that's fine then she checks one person in and starts flat out helping someone else.
By the time I notice she's sitting down with someone this other representative open for me. While me explaining what's my situation this representative kept almost looking past me. He did the exact same thing I told him about. Put me on the phone with "Tech" asked me to scout over then just helped someone else. I walked right back up to him and asked if he was done with me and he said yes.
I leave still on the phone with "Tech" to get transferred 3 separate times until I get to someone who works through it and ask "Did you already have a YouTube account prior to this? " I said "yeah." Then she told me that I needed to cancel my old subscription and turn on this one.
I was in the phone with Four different "Techs" for little over an hour to find that it was BAD INFORMATION. Once I did what the fourth Tech suggested it worked perfectly.
What I learned from this was this location is that I can get personable, engaging but MISINFORMED or DISINTERESTED and PUSHED ASIDE. Pick your poison. BUT, it looked clean. I think.

I was looking for a phone with a SIM card slot, and was told that I'd have to get an iPhone 13 which is old enough that I didn't really want. Turns out even the latest Samsung phones have SIM slots. So the salespeople don't really know their products. I should have just done everything online with less pressure and more information.

Took in an iPhone 15 that I ordered online with a promotional offer. I was told via a representative on Friday via online that I could exchange it for the 15 pro max and I could use the promotion offer as well. When we were at the store they handed me the iPhone pro max in the box and told me to set it up at home. We asked if they could verify that the promotional offer was applied and at first he told me he would check. But when I asked again he told me that if it isn’t applied I just need to call 611 and tell the representative on the phone to apply to offer. I’ve never left a store without the employee setting my phone up for me so that was weird. And when I walked out the door the phone I had previously( didn’t trade it) had no service. Which was weird. I’ve never lost service on a phone before it was transferred to the new phone. Called the 611 number to ask them why my phone didn’t have any service. The man was super nice but he told me the promotional offer for the iPhone that I got wasn’t applied. He said that the store employee should have made sure it was applied and he really didn’t like hearing that the employee said that I should call 611 and have them apply the code. Anyway, the rep on the phone couldn’t apply the offer either. So I am probably going to have to return this new phone because I’m not paying 33.00 a month/36 months for this phone when the promotion was 15.27 a month for 36 months. And if I return this phone because the Verizon employee didn’t make sure that I got the promotion? Verizon will EAT the restocking fees they made me pay and they will post me as a customer. Been with them for 28 years as a customer. This will make me remove all 4 lines that I have with them.

I went into this location today (Thursday) at 11:15 and was helped by a staff member right away. There were only a few customers and plenty of extra staff. I said I wanted to transfer a number from my work account to my personal account. The staff told me that I would have to call Verizon and that they could not do it. I asked if I could call at the store and if they could help me. They said yes in an annoyed tone and said I could sit down. I started the call but made some wrong selections on the automated phone call. The staff took over the phone call with a face that expressed annoyance. I thanked them for helping me and they said no problem but their body language was annoyed. The Verizon phone support was asking me what plan I wanted and I asked them to explain the options to me because I needed a hotspot for work. The store rep became even more annoyed and told me, “just select the basic option. You can change it later.” I tried to explain that I wanted to understand my options and that I think I might need more than the basic and they became even more annoyed and repeated more firmly pick the basic option. After the phone call the service rep passed me on to their coworker because they had to leave. The new service rep who had just been standing around seemed very inconvenienced by me. I explained I wanted to understand my options for plans and they explained them verbally with no written or visual material. I asked if they could write down the pricing and then explain it to me. When they included the $17/monthly protection plan I asked them to remove it. They were further annoyed and proceeded to make me feel foolish for not including the protection plan.
I left the store feeling like I was a huge inconvenience to Verizon on an otherwise slow day and that I was incompetent at calling support and foolish for not protecting my device. The experience was not pleasant at all especially after I purchased a $1k phone and a premium phone plan. I would not recommend this store service to anyone. I will be trying a different Verizo store in the future if I need help.

Went in to return a online order and do a device switch on my watch line only to be told they can't assist and the manager wouldn't do anything to help but tell me to call 611 furthermore regarding the device swap on my watch line I noticed when I got home that what the rep did was not swap the device but simply added a watch line to my plan without my approval so now I have a whole extra line which is just another mess I now have to clean up. I'm tired of these reps doing what they want to hit a sales goal or whatever start doing right by the customer or find a new job jeesh. I'm not local and thought I could trust this location as it's a corporate store however I'm sorely mistaken.

Worst customer service I've ever had. Was told my online order was on hold was given a number to call and the associates just walked away. Didn't help resolve the issue. Got done on the phone and the issue straightened up after 10 minutes was finally able to track down an employee to tell them was told it wasn't fixed in the system and brushed off. Waited longer with no assistance from trying to get help from multiple associates. Will never shop at this store again, guess I'll move to exclusively online only.Edit to respond to Verizon.The problem was resolved that day it just took me getting loud talking about how after 2 hours I still hadn't been helped. After that someone cared enough to take the 5 minutes out of there day to call customer support to get the question about my order answered.
