Great customer service is alive and well. It's all too common to see committed service and good deals provided only to new customers while those of us that have been keeping the lights on for a decade are given the cold shoulder. The staff at this store in particular are gold, keep it up champs ??

A month ago I went and talked 28 salesman he was willing to sell me a charging block for $25 I went in two weeks later another salesman said I can sell you the charging block and the cord for $50 you cannot tell me the cord cost $$25 I went to AT&t bought the same cord same block for$34verizon lost my business an AT&t gave me a 6 ft cord not a 3 ft cord like Verizon does

We were having a very difficult time transferring a number to our personal account and had spent MANY hours on the phone with Verizon customer care. Chance was calm and professional and had our phone connected in about 15 minutes. He was a life saver!

I have been putting off get a new cell phone for a couple years because I have always dreaded the process. I finally broke down today and went to this location for one because it's close to where I live and it also got great reviews. I was lucky to get Dallas to help me and he was wonderful. The process was better than I thought and he was very helpful. Whoever the big boss is they need to get him a free lunch from Salvatoris. Because of him I will come back to this location. Thanks Dallas for all of your help!

Run away, and fast. Under no circumstances should you go here. Ordered an Apple Watch, was told it would be 4-5 weeks. Called after 6 weeks and was told it hadn't shipped yet. Called again after 8 weeks and was told "Oh it came in weeks ago, and they canceled the order because you never came to pick it up" What?! Absolute garbage customer service. Do. Not. Use. Go to an actual Verizon store where you can actually be helped.

Brandon S. was a pleasure to work with and was not pushy at all! I was able to walk in and purchase my Samsung S22 without him trying to switch me to another phone like some places have! I will be recommending Brandon to all my friends and family! We have been with Verizon for almost 15 years and have found our sales rep moving forward! I hope this review is helpful to anyone looking for a trustworthy phone representative!

Walked in and it took employees about 20 minutes to even acknowledge or greet me. It’s been roughly 90 minutes and an employee still hasn’t helped me. I am a brand new customer. Not really happy and currently rethinking my decision to switch providers to Verizon as I continue to sit in their lobby.

When I went to visit this Verizon location today I wanted to purchase an iPhone 12. Knowing that they close at 9pm, I thought 30 min should be more than enough time to make an upgrade. However, the gentleman told me that they close in 30 minutes and wasn't fearful of showing his frustration with the situation. He informed me that they won't be able to help me at all. I was very disappointed because I was being polite and explained what I was in there for. At least give me options to feel more welcome even the next day? A representative didn't even make an effort to let me know that they open tomorrow at 9. Now I don't even want to go back there because I'm scared I'll get yelled at that I'm wasting their time. Generally I wouldn't recommend Verizon to anyone and I may be switching a provider for something that isn't overpriced.
