people there are stupid thay can't use a chart to see that a city and zip don't match up if you send a package to a city and the address is not rithe by the zip look at cith find the city or town correct the zip and send it on dont keep sending it to indy so thay can keep sending it bak 5 or 6 times stop and look at it for a second you can do this you can't be that slow in the head it took me like 2 seconda to figure it out

every time I have been to this location I have received nothing but bad attitudes and brazen apathy for my reasons for visit. We visited to attempt to report mail theft after failed attempts with police and the lady at the counter seemed confused at why we were even reporting it, and was hesitant to even offer help. Never visiting this location again.

Amy was extremely knowledgeable of services and products of the USPS. She advised us on what we needed to send packages across the country in the most economical and practical way. She was super friendly.

Got a package that got to their location on March 18, 2024 with the information "Shipment Received; Package Acceptance Pending." It is now April 6, 2024 and the package is still in the same state of acceptance pending. I can't get more information on the package as inquiry is not allowed for package still needing acceptance. What the hell are the employees smoking that it takes them weeks and still not getting to the package.

For the people who actually complain about being able to get in phone calls I’m surprised how terrible it is I tried to get into this for about 8-10 minutes and nope wish it were possible I yelled at an AI assistant bot about a passport. That’s right someone that isnt even remotely real I took my anger out on fix this system please

I had a passport appt with WALTER and I felt like I was in very capable hands. I don't currently have a PO box or a need for stamps but I may go back to look for a package, now that I'm thinking bout it.

You know?I've been living at the same house for around 33 years off and on.I still have to stand and wait for them to put the mail in the mailbox.I ask for the package I'm supposed to receive today. "Oh there's no package today." No package from temu? No there's no package coming today. So now I have to wait for my neighbors to get home. I don't really talk to them like that. This is just ridiculous

Waited for passport. Received it and my name is spelled incorrectly on the passport. So I won’t travel for another 6-8 weeks because of there stupidity.

Went here Monday 9-18-23 turned in a package to mail off and the Chinese woman (she could be Louse or Korean idk?) Took my package and just threw it in a tote on the floor and I said “That package is fragile” and she said ok and proceeded to ask for the next customer and I said “Are you going to label it fragile?” She grabbed the package out of the tote and handed me a marker so that I can write “Fragile” on there myself!? That did not make me feel good. I really would like to report that! I would never do anyone like that!

I received a card in my mailbox for someone who didn’t live here. Never has lived here!! I took the card to the post office here and told them to return to sender because no one is living here by that name. I received it back in my mailbox the next day!!!!! They wonder why they have a bad reputation….

Nothing is marked for where drivers are supposed to enter. The lady was complaining that i wasn't supposed to use the door on the other end of the building. You should make it more clear where you want drivers to enter with clearly marked and displayed signs. 6/13/23 5:45am

Dude was literally yelling at me on the phone when I was trying to ask questions and kept cutting me off! I asked him if I could please finish my question and keep taking and he went “sure.” When I asked my question he THEN STARTED YELLING AGAIN and went “as I was saying BEFORE YOU CUT ME OFF-“ and I just hung up. Why are you making it so hard for people to get their mail!? I’m definitely gonna be coming in to speak to someone because I’m not being treated like that. April 4th, 2023 2:10 pm.
