I called the next morning and they were so nice, quickly changing it to the correct address with no problems. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and helpful. “Management Positive Experience: I was in the other night with my daughters who enjoy thrifting here. I purchased gift cards for the girls at Christmas. We lost one and I asked about if possible to find the information. Manager was so helpful to look up the detailed information (took about 10 minutes) and get the gift card situation solved. I don't know her name but she wore glasses with blonde straight hair and was working Sunday 2/5/2024. Thank you for helping my family. This was our experience. I know that working with the public is hard because every customer is self entitled to something and kindness is so hard to find today. Thanks again.”
