first time I experienced this place. and I have been all over the place looking for a specific kind of SketchBook couldn't find it anywhere but they had it way to go ladies thank you very much for going the extra mile to help me Management very helpful can't wait till next time in Fort Wayne to stop through there.
oh quick side note my wife loved the color coded end-caps phenomenal layout and experience!

Other than the convenience of a different art supplies store in Fort Wayne than the usual Michael's or Joann's, I like this one.Apart from that the knowledge and customer service when calling to ask about things they carry is quite nonexistent. Not to mention the severe lack in hospitality.Can't remember who I spoke with on the phone but she was rude and seemingly careless.Eh.. Michael's and Joann's will due just fine from here on out.

We really like this store for most of our children's homeschooling needs. They have so much stuff. They have a nice variety. The staff is friendly. Seems they need more employees, but that's how most stores are now. We have been going here for 2 years now and really like the product choices they have available.
