This place is.. concerning. Several dead fish in tanks, frogs with bacterial infections on their skins and labored breathing. Thankfully the birds, gerbils, dogs and cats looked okay but the fish and herptiles are in an alarming state of neglect. The staff could care less and has poor customer service skills. Some sort of animal welfare enforcement needs to be involved. Animals deserve better than this. Management needs some serious gutting.

It was a bit expensive but lots of cute puppies! They have good customer service.

So much sadness in the cages. Perhaps if the dogs were reasonably priced they would not stay so long. Prices for dog items are similar to other places.

Staff is always polite. Young man who works in reptile section always helpful and willing to share tribal knowledge he has.

I bought a python from there and they have been very helpful in educting me. I appreciate all the help you give me. Love the wide range of animals. I guess ill have to sneak another pet home. I'm still learning her attitude but it gets better every time. Rats for her are perfect size.

Great experience! Keegan was very polite and answered all of my questions when shopping for a Ball Python. Will most definitely return and ask for him when ready to make a purchase!

Great pet store that offers all I need for my various critters. My only critique for the store itself is the carpeting. Carpeting in a pet store is a bad idea!They do sell dogs and cats, which is also a no-no. I haven't researched how they source these animals, but I hope it goes out of fashion soon.Update: They had carpeting when I originally wrote the review a couple year ago.
