There is lady that works here, and she’s super rude to customers. I would go out of my way to visit the ulta by Jefferson point . They employees over there are much more friendlier and helpful. Im not sure of the rude employees name. But she has shorter dark hair, a nose ring and glasses. She is far from friendly , it’s super uncomfortable.

If I could do zero I would. I looked at the website once and made the HUGE mistake of giving them my email. They sent me DAILY emails and finally offered a full size gift with a purchase. So I bit the bullet and paid $50 for mere ounces of foundation....shipment arrives and no gift!
I reached out to see if gift comes separately & was advised I "missed the promo cutoff". How is that possible, the code worked on the order when you took my payment but whatever. So I asked how to return for refund bc they made no indication of trying to help me with the original offer.
In the time between my competing getting the item ready for usps shipping they sent me more promo emails knowing the original issue was outstanding.
Once they received the package I got an email that the refund would be 48.15...they charged me 53.50! Its only about 5 dollars but that isnt the point. I reached out about that and before getting the "nothing we can do about that response" they sent me a $25 gift card code. How does that make sense? You will gift me funds but will not fully refund me.
Ridiculous!

Every single time I come into the store, an employee named Liz is extremely rude to me and to everyone. She has a horrible attitude and refuses to help you. I will not continue to shop here if she is an employee. I've never been around someone so rude and unprofessional!

I called customer service at first, and they helped a little, BUT Rebekah, she was honestly the most help I could've ever asked for! I asked a bunch of questions, because when i called customer services they did not answer them clearly, but she did! REBEKAH NEEDS A RAISE!!!

EAR PIERCING PERFECTIONDelaney in the salon pierced my 9 yr. old daughter's ears. Daughter said it didn't hurt. Rated pain 2/10. Excellent earring selection.
