The experience I have had with you all has been totally unacceptable. I cancelled the plans I had to be here for the scheduled appointment. NO SHOW, NO PHONE CALL, NO TEXT. 4 hours of pay gone!! The person I talked to on the phone had no apologies. One of your folks was here 4 days one week and put the notice on our door. We Were Home All 4 times!!! 4 TIMES! I yelled at one of your guys as he was walking down our walkway and he just kept on going.NO SHOW, NO PHONE CALL, NO TEXT.I will contact the city utilities and report this unacceptable service and customer service.You all need to find something else to do. I read the other reviews and evidently you have chosen to NOT FIX your your performance. NO WONDER 1.3 STARS.Do you even care about how you are leaving "Customers" Hanging?!?!?!?!

Worthless company, no accountability! Took the day off work for THEIR scheduled water meter replacement. They never showed up! Thank you #FortWayneCityUtilities for selecting this company to not get the job done.

I have scheduled multiple appointments to have my water meter replaced. Each time I get a different excuse from the tech about why the cannot replace my meter. The most recent being they can't shut off my water from inside the house and need to shut it off from outside. The last 2 appointments were scheduled, confirmed via an automated call that the appointment is scheduled yet the tech never shows. I received a letter in the mail stating my water will be shut off even though I have been trying to get the meter replaced.

I had an appointment today from 12:30pm-2:30pm and have been waiting for them. I am not sure when they turned up, I did not even hear my door bell but I see a notice on my door stating that i missed the appointment. It is better if they call the homeowner that they are onsite rather than simply leaving a notice.

A short while after the young man from Tribus left our basement today where he had changed out the water meter my wife heard the sump pump loudly clunking. This is something that hasn't happened since we had it replaced. My wife went downstairs and found a water pipe leaking onto the floor where this young man had been working. I called Tribus right away (5:47pm on a Friday). The woman who answered the phone said a "Lead Technician" would get back to me right away to tell me how soon they could be out to fix the leak. That was two hours ago.This morning (Saturday) at 0813 a Tribus representative called. Last night before around 9pm when I turned the valve off leading from the sump pump then turned the valve back on, the leak stopped. This morning the Tribus rep came out 0900 and explained what had happened. Pressure had released causing the leak. The rep was very pleasant and informative.All is well. We have a new meter and no leaking pipes. We are grateful to City Water and Tribus.

Fort Wayne City Utilities sent Tribus to our house yesterday to install 2 meter transmitter boxes. The installer left before I was able to see his completed work. The installer wired 2 meter transmitter boxes and strapped them to the water pipe. One of the boxes blocks access to the sprinkler drain valve. The other box is strapped tight to the meter and makes it difficult to access the lid on the meter to check water flow. Also, there was trash left on the floor and an exposed wire from the old transmitter he removed. The gray transmitter boxes have mounting brackets, but instead of mounting them to a wall, these mounting brackets were used to run zip ties through to strap to the pipe.The installer removed an old transmitter box that was installed correctly on a 2x4 on the wall. I'm not sure why he didn't mount the new boxes the same way. I called Tribus right after he left and they wanted to give him a chance. I told them I felt like I didn't need to give a second chance to someone who leaves trash on the floor and I asked for a different installer. I haven't heard from them since. This company doesn't care about quality. They just want to keep their contract with Fort Wayne. I called Fort Wayne City Utilities and they never resolved the issue either. The new transmitters are installed to save Fort Wayne City Utilities money. They don't care about the people who pay into their monopoly.

We recently had a replacement of our water meter through Fort Wayne utilities and Tribus. A younger gentlemen, of African descent, entered our garage for replacement, was nice to my husband and went on about his duties. Before leaving, he asked him to check the water and upon his return, he said okay great, and left. My husband noticed some medicine missing on the table, after he left. We spoke with supervisors and wanted to let those getting replacement know to watch this individual so you too don’t become victim to theft. Sad. What goes around comes around!

Tribus is a shady company that has a history of bullying people to install useless products that only benefits this company. They came to my house 4 times and NOT once rang my doorbell or knocked on the door before leaving harassing door tags. Last week I received threats to disconnect my water or utilities because they claimed to have missed me. Which was a flat out lie! We were home to entire time. Luckily for me I’m renting this home. My next house will NOT allow Tribus on my property without problems.

I'm experiencing MAJOR hot/cold water issues throughout my home post meter installation. I've called everyday business day (9 times) since installation. I've been told everyday the issue would be escalated or a technician would be out within an hour. Still, no action has been taken. I haven't been able to shower in over a week.
DO NOT ALLOW THIS ORGANIZATION TO INSTALL A NEW WATER METER.
