“I would like to recommend Rich's Auto Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana
On Friday my transmission failed on the way back to Canada. By sheer luck we ended up at Rich's Auto Center. Both Nick & Will treated us with the upmost respect and courtesy. While we figured out the course we wanted too take Nick & Will were totally supportive. In the end we ended up having Rich's Auto Center replace our transmission and do a few other repairs. With their full schedule I do know how they did it but by end of day Tuesday we had our vehicle back and in full working condition. I cannot say enough good things about Nick & Will”

“very honest mechanic who doesn't overcharge. we had electrical issues and he squeezed us in last minute and fixed it as well as helped us with the stuff we had plugged into the cars outlets, recommended a place for a new radio, and even used a diagnostic tool completely for free when our own stuff shorted something and made our car freak out. we were there a little after closing and they were all so nice still despite probably having a long day and wanting to go home”
“I felt a slip in my transmission. Called Russ Moore since they have been around a long time in Ft. Wayne and discussed my issue with them. I was told they could test drive and check the transmission the next morning and it would take about 45 minutes. I did that and they told me the transmission was acting perfectly but was a little low on fluid and they filled it back up. When I asked how much I owed them, the man that tested the car said they would not accept anything and "have never taken money for the testing service in as long as he has been there"

Took it back the shop that replaced the transmission, they had it for over 3 weeks and asked me to take it somewhere else for a second opinion.
