Tim and Tyler in service has been great, they were extremely accommodating and communicated well. Our experience with the service team and their level of standards was awesome. We absolutely recommend this team along with the clean and modern facility, and will be shopping for our new vehicle with them when the time comes.

Service is an complete ripoff. Will try to squeeze as much money out of your wallet. Go somewhere else if you can find a place in fort Wayne, (monopoly not much other options are available for Volvo so the dealership takes advantage of you)

Absolutely loved my experience at Tom Kelley Volvo! Luke was amazing to work with! I would definitely recommend them 100 times over! Even though, I wasn't there for a brand new vehicle, they gave me the new car experience! The next car I need I definitely will go to Tom Kelley first!!
