“I went in planning to buy two cigars. I ended up buying FIVE. The service and the prices were unbeatable. As a cigar fan that is new to the area, this is my go-to spot. Absolutely stellar staff. They were so kind and helped me right when I walked through the door even though they were closing in 15 minutes!”

I would love to see them have a little more fun with their selection but I can't imagine how expensive stocking cigars is, so I understand playing it safe.”

The staff were more than helpful! They worked with me to not only sell me something but to also ensure I learned what I really needed to for a good start on my new journey. They have a huge and varied selection, good prices and are very pleasant and helpful. There is a very good selection of shisha and hookahs along with all the necessary accessories. GREAT STORE and very happy they opened the Fort Wayne location.”

“I came here for the first time, Domi helped me and was very patient with me, took the time to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. It is a nice, clean shop with so many different options. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. They have a good deal on juice.
On a personal note- I was looking for a good shop to come to and I saw this pop up. I looked at the reviews as I always do, and it seems this business was bombed with reviews from a disgruntled ex-employee’s friends. I decided to go in unbiased and had a great experience. Trying to destroy a small business to avenge your friend is unhealed, minion behavior. Be kind <3”
“The staff is great, their smoke supplies are decent, their prices are a little on the high side. However, every Toxin Remover I have bought there has not worked at all, the mouthwash, the pills, and the drink all failed me. Their glass pieces are beautiful and they have a large variety of vape batteries. Their staff is friendly and non-judgmental.”

“I have never visited Rudy’s because I don't smoke and I have young kids (finding a babysitter is rough) but my husband’s uncle loves to visit Rudy’s so we got him a digital gift card for his birthday. I am unsure what happened or why, but I never received the gift card. The customer service to problem solve this was top notch and eventually it all got sorted. I was very impressed with how quickly my message was answered and I have no doubt the situation was a pain in the butt to resolve but I am so appreciative to have been treated like a valued customer. I have no doubt the customer service is fantastic within the establishment too!”
