Great place to work! I love being able to see kids grow and learn! There's a spacious playground for the children to play during outside play time. Structured schedules are followed through the day to provide consistency. Teachers are kind and caring!

We did not have a good experience. We were told we had to do half days because our baby supposedly cried all day. I got concerned that they could not properly care for my child. When I questioned credits we were owed, we were promptly terminated. I have spoken to two other families that faced similar issues.

We have sent our son to a couple different daycares in Fort Wayne and by far The Teaching Tree has been the best. I am so glad we finally found a place our son can grow with people that actually care, love, and teach him things.
