4.1 stars!? No way! These guys are 5.0 all day. Best place to take a Subaru! I take my Outback and Forester there.
Honest and about half the price of the dealership. Have an older Subaru with 190k ish miles and it runs like new with these guys doing the work.

Great service, very knowledgeable, very helpful... This is the first Subaru I've ever owned or worked on, so having some of their knowledge and experience really helped. They didn't over charge or over-sell, and did a fantastic job. Thank you!!! I would definitely recommend!

Don’t know why this place has positive reviews. I recently changed both filters and fluids myself but they were still saying to me it all needs to be changed again and that I should take the major service package. Ridiculous.
Edit: forgot to add, I found out a few weeks later that they didn’t even properly lodge the pieces back in place. Some pieces were hovering!

I would not trust these people. They recommended so many expensive repairs… never actually repaired the ultimate problem. Now I’m broke and need a whole new engine.

Took over 3 hours to do an inspection scheduled in advance. Came in concerned the suspension/breaks/tires might be messed up. Dashcam shows the tech didn't wear a seatbelt on the test drive. My guy, how can you listen for abnormal noises when the seatbelt indicator is beeping? $116.60...

Would never bring my vehicle back here again. I'll start by saying this- I should've asked before dropping off vehicle but be aware that there is a 110$ fee for diagnostic alone. Even if you've already had it diagnosed elsewhere. If they "look up" a code for check engine light, there will be a charge of 110$. Save your hard earned money and get it checked for free elsewhere.

Today my parents were dropping off their Subaru for a repair, my father who is extremely particular on who works on his vehicles and knowledgeable himself on vehicles, actually traveled from a hour away to have his car fixed here which speaks volumes for me personally. This is after dad initially got lots of advice on troubleshooting the issue free of charge before finally bringing it in, being he did not want to handle the fix himself. While waiting for my parents, my brand new car would not start in their parking lot. Initially, i though oh my goodness, I must have left my lights on while parked and drained the battery. Free of charge, Jason, a mechanic or a technician brought a charging pack out to jump my vehicle. The battery was not the issue. The crew at the important doctors took the time to troubleshoot my vehicle issue related to the key fob and a security locking mechanism and my car stated once the issue was resolved. When contacting Mercedes Benz they suggested I have it towed to their service department and where no help on troubleshooting the issue. Relieved my vehicle started. I tried to offer some money out of gratitude, and both the technicians and mechanics refused and said they were glad to help. I think that just shows how kind professional and fair their crew is, and If I have a issue with my car I will not hesitate to take it in to the import doctors. Thank you so much for taking care of us even though my vehicle issue was not your issue, much gratitude :)
