Very cute store but is only really for skinny minis. Has decor and skin care but there is one rack out of like 10 for plus size. Too bad.

So I am a firm believer on how one business Professional treats another and I have to say after a recent transaction. I could never nor would I ever In good faith recommend her place of business to anyone of my friends or family.

My experience was the opposite of love. I tried to return a shirt I had received as a gift but it was the wrong size. They apparently don't carry the shirt anymore, so they couldn't return or exchange for credit. The staff was snotty. 1 star because the shirt is cute so I'll find someone to give it to. Don't buy here unless you're certain you'll keep the product.

Not happy at all. Was greeted . And ask if I needed helpI said in a few. Well she didn’t seem like she wanted to there. I said I had a wedding to attend this weekend. I ask if there were other black shirts ( not a cami) she said no. Well I found them . And other items . I had quite a bit in my hands nobody said Can I hold those or put in dressing room. I then tried them I was hoping someone would come in and ask How are they working? Nothing I waited 10 minutes. Nothing . I’m older but I still should be treated with respect. I’ve bought in here before 2x . I’m not usually complaining but I felt horrible walking out. Plus both girls were on their cell phones more interested in the phones . I wanted to buy a blouse but again they didn’t even ask if the items I tried worked . Sad ?

The BEST Black Friday shopping experience ever! Everyone was so nice. They helped me with styling opinions, getting sizes, dressing room, everything! It was so peaceful, calm, and the donuts and coffee were good too! My favorite store!

Staff was super helpful and helped me style my entire outfit. I was stressed and feeling indecisive, so it was nice to have support. I’ll be back - not to mention I received so many compliments on my dress. I was even told I had the best dress of the night!!!

Bought my graduation dress here after searching all over town and even in Indy. The dress ended up being cheaper than one at Von Maur but in a different color. Loving this pretty navy shade.The selection at Sugar Love is always stellar and the associates very friendly and willing to help.

I really really wanted to love this place, especially after I had heard that they had moved into a prime location off Dupont and I had been following their page on Facebook. Sadly, after my daughter and I personally visited the store, we were not acknowledged. I came in ready to spend some hard earned money and got the snub....headed over to the makeup area and completely ignored again. I will not ever spend any money here. Not going to happen....2/2/2021Gave it another shot on Feb 2nd and was completely ignored again and this time was really dressed up. Does this place not want to survive????Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. What a joke. I would not shop here if they paid me.
