Great friendly service at state bank. My disabled sister has an account there and we were having some issues with my dad being on her account as her overseer, & the desk clerks are always so helpful and nice

This Bank is awful. Their ATM machine took my debit card and when I went to the window to get it back the guy told me that I had to go ALLLLL the way to my own personal bank and get a replacement card. After I told him it was unacceptable then they finally sent someone to get my card out of their ATM machine. I was instructed to go inside and sign a log to get my card back. While inside, a lady began writing down my debit card information. I asked her why, and insteaf of explaining, she threatened to shred my card as she held it in her hand in front of me. I told her if she did I would call the cops because that is uncessary. She said "this is our bank and we do what we want". She was very rude and condescending, when I as a consumer needed to know why she was writing my bank account number down when I am a Wells Fargo customer. Didn't sit right with me. I was in a crunch and needed cash immediately, but I have learned my lesson and we only withdraw money from my institution. Beware of these people, this happens a lot there, the log was full of people who had to come in and get their card back from the machine taking it and keeping it. Terrrrriibbbblle customer service!!!
