I HATE THE DESIGN OF THE DRIVE THRU.Respectful customers drive around and create a line. Rude people who don’t care about anyone but themselves, cut off people in line when they turn off of Auburn. The drive thru really needs to have a sign or sticks or something to prevent this because it happens way too often. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!! Loyal customers like myself are sick of being cut off in line, especially when it’s about to be your turn and it happens. Thank you!

Over priced for coffee. Coffee is always bitter and always tastes burnt. There are much better locally owned coffee shops. This really isn't a coffee place anymore. It is a place for overweight people to get their sugar fix with extra large extra syrup frappuccinos. Have to wait 20 minutes to get a regular cup of coffee while they make multiple frappuccinos.

I frequent this location often (more than I probably should) and it is one of my favorite groups of staff. I come at random times in the morning so I see the different dynamics of guests they come across and I applaud them for dealing with the difficulties with grace. They experience some of the rudest people at times and I do just wish some people would show some kindness.Just want this staff to know how truly appreciated they are and that their hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.

Me and my daughter waited in line almost 15 minutes. There were vehicles in front of us and a good line behind us. I tried to pay with a $100 bill I had, the guy says we don't have change for that. I said we've been waiting almost 20 minutes, you mean I can't have my coffee now. I ended up paying with a card, but I didn't see a sign that said no $100 bills my order was $31 and change, surely he had change, especially being busy.

They aren’t prioritizing in store orders. I waited 15 minutes for my order to be made while I watched 20+ mobile orders get picked up.
