They're probably the most expensive veterinarian in the area, but I had a great experience until recently.
I'd enjoyed the expertise of Dr. Kitsen with one of my cats, she helped him tremendously. I then had the displeasure of one of the other veterinarians who had an attitude and was dismissive. To my delight, I've found a different veterinarian in the Fort Wayne area, who listens to my concerns without being dismissive and is much more affordable.

Nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. The staff was excellent and treated my pup with great care/kindness. The treatment plan was well executed.

Update August 2024: we have 5 cats now, and we’ve had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Kowlowitz-Taylor too. 3 of our cats needed dentals over the last couple of months, and the process was so easy. My cats were very well looked after for their procedures. When I picked them up from their surgeries, they were much more relaxed and at ease compared to when I have left my cats at other vet offices in the past for similar procedures.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Jill and the rest of the team at this office! We have 3 kitties, and we always feel like they receive the best care here!

The entire staff treated both my dog and I like we were part of their family and they were going to do everything they could to make Sadie comfortable and find out what was wrong. They took care of her in ways that were unexpected.

They do such a good job at the groomers. I thought she looked really good and they’re so friendly at the vet and the doctor is really nice and everything and will take really good care of your animals animals
