The manager (Lexy I think) was great. I had clicked on something that I shouldn't have and messed up my phone. I stopped in, she took a look and after a few minutes, had it restored to like new. No pressure about upgrades and didn't make me feel stupid for doing something I shouldn't have. I will be back to her store. Thank you! Great service!

I went to this T-mobile three times in the last week. It is sooooooooo poorly staffed. All three times no one working there acknowledged my presence. I stood and waited for 10 minutes each time and then left. It seems like there is only 2 people working there and they were busy with other people. They need to hire more staff! I went to the one at Glenbrook mall and on Illinois rd and they were great but they did not have what I needed. I don't know if ths place did because I never really spoke to a soul. HIRE MORE PEOPLE!

Lexy is fantastic! Staff greeted customers as they arrived. Bit of a wait since several people stopped in, but it was worth it. Got a great deal!

Gabby was so sweet I’m from out of town and my new iPhone was dead but when I went to charge it I realized I didn’t have a dock in the box she let me come in and get a charge so I could get a much needed number! Thank you so much gabby you saved the day!

30-minute wait for a simple return. Staff didn't Greet me when I walked in nor even acknowledged I was waiting along with three people that arrived after me. They showed absolutely no sense of urgency.

Absolutely diabolical, online it said they were open. I went to said store and they were closed, I had important things to do and this happening is absolutely unacceptable, i find this service preposterous and I think i should get a happy meal as compensation. Thank you in advance.

The Manager was really unprofessional and rude. Left and switched to AT&T. I've been a customer since it was Sprint and longer.Edit.. I emailed the address on their response. Crickets. Even their customer service sucks.

On site staff is great! But ever since the sprint merger they have got me goat roped into a plan that NOBODY should have to deal with. Being a customer of 12 years the time is near.

Rude. Unwilling to help. Calling customer service was better and they were even unsure why the store was willing to help. I will not return to this store.

The only reason I giving 2 stars is because of the guy that helped me, he was nice. The manager was not. She was unhelpful forThe beginning and didn’t even apologize for lying about having a phone over the phone only to say they wouldn’t have it when I got there. Ended up have to pay more for another phone just to get one today. Sprint was better before it merged with t mobile, I don’t even want to deal with this company.✌?

I have been a very loyal customer since 2013. Everyone from the Team members in the stores to the customer care service are so friendly and they can almost always fix any issues I have with my phone. They are the best mobile network ever!!!

Nick was extremely helpful and fast with helping me switch from Verizon to T mobile. There were no hidden fees or multiple things to sign. A few questions and very easy to talk to! Thanks for you help , Nick! 10/10
