This location hasn’t been open in several occasions that we’ve tried to go. When we have gone, it’s SUPER busy. The girl who helped us did a nice job though.I’d say call before you go and don’t be in a hurry.

After spending endless hours on the website, trying the chat feature, tried calling their sales team to open up a brand new line of service all it really took was to go into the store! I had a great experience back to back days and Mackenzie G. Was seriously amazing! She had a great personality and was very knowledgeable about what she did for your job. I would recommend skipping out on all the “easy” ways of doing things online and doing things on apps and just take a stroll to the store on Illinois road. Seriously I was in and out with numbers to think of the first night, ensured my credit wouldn’t be ran over and over again unlike what happens online, and she had it all saved for the next day. I walked in and was out within 30 mins and that was starting an entirely new plan and service with the company. Thank you so much Mackenzie, I truly hope your higher ups see how well you do with the task at hand. Thank you! 10 stars for sure!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Makes absolutely no sense that the sale prices and trade In offers via the website are not honored in the stores. Went to 3 other stores looking for a particular phone. This was the only store with stock but would not honor the website advertised offer, and was actually semi-rude when I questioned as to why they wouldn't when another store would have but did not have stock to do so....

Please do not switch to T-Mobile. The service around the area is very slow and half of the time I usually have 1 bar while traveling in the city. I have the latest iPhone so usually this is not a problem, but with T-Mobile everything is a problem. The company promised money back for trading in a phone but also for switching from AT&T, we received no money from the company as we were promised. We are paying off the phone when we aren't supposed to be due to the fact they are helpless. We called the corporate office many times and they just repeat the same garbage every time, and never have any luck. The T-Mobile Tuesday deals are not very good either. About once a month they have something worth it. Save some stress in your life and choose Version or AT&T. It may be more expensive but at least it works and you get your money for trading your phone in. Once our phones are paid off we will be switching! I will be grateful to have service in the city.

Went in to check on the new Magenta plan to possibly replace my old Sprint plan. The magenta plan gives me the same unlimited service for $18 less per month. I was given the option to upgrade my phone as well and still save $3 per month to what I was paying with my unlimited Sprint plan. My change to Magenta was imediate. I was given time to think about upgrading my phone. My customer service representative was very friendly but not pushy as well as extremely knowledgeable of their products and services. Best of all, there was no waiting to be helped! It was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend T-Mobile.
