This place has become an absolute nightmare under the management. Understaffed. Dirty. Coolers down. Hot food rarely available. Did I say dirty? Terrible long lines in the morning. Just not worth going to anymore.

Mannn everyone at this gas station is so friendly and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. I literally drive across town to get a fountain pop at this location because any other speedways machine doesn’t taste right. I love this gas station

ladies.. do not go here. not in daytime, not at night, do not go here. the amount of times i have been creeped on, followed, stalked, all resulting from this gas station, is insane. this speedway is literally the bermuda triangle of gas stations, this is where the creeps lurk. go across the street to the bp or go to the speedway on illinois.

Friendly, fast service! The staff here are so kind and helpful. Yes, during rush hour when people make a mess with the fountain drinks they aren’t always able to get to it quickly as they’re helping check out customers, as to be expected. Anytime I go in I’m always greeted and the staff are happy to help.

Always dirty and when you ask for something like sugar or creamer they act like your the inconvenience. If they would restock like they are supposed to people wouldn't have to ask. And the b***h on second shift with red hair and glasses is extremely rude!

The store manager Travis has been a friendly person to talk. I've a few bad days the past few weeks he's like just hang in there and things will get better for you man.

I live blocks away, am a rewards member and yet I drive by this unkept, often filthy store to gas up everywhere else. Just see how they keep the area around the pumps, let alone the sticky floors and disgusting bathroom. But these observations came before management treated my son and wife incredibly poorly in a mistaken identity scenario as they filled their tires. Sparing the details, management was incredibly unprofessional, never righting the wrong nor apologizing. My son missed his shift at work and wife was incredibly embarrassed.

Every time at least once a day I come in an the line is long, Travis the manager is always standing around doing nothing when he should be getting on register to help get the line down, not sure how that store operates with him being in charge!!!!

I have finally put enough distance between myself and what happened to me here that I can recount the incident. First let me say I am an adult autistic woman and I would warn any women against going to this gas station if the current general manager is there. He was so belligerent and aggressive towards me, I didn't even get his name. Initially I went inside because I had a problem with my debit card. I was told he was in the bathroom. He was in the bathroom for the next 20 minutes while men tried to use the restroom and 2 other people asked to also see or speak to the manager. I went to my car for something and when I came back in he was finally out of the bathroom. He did not greet me, he did not introduce himself, he did not ask me how he could help me, he drank from his big gulp and yelled at me from a distance, "WELL, WHATS THE PROBLEM!?" I was so shocked I fogot the problem and immediately wanted to know why he was yelling at me/embarrassing me in front of the entire store. I responded with, "Can you bring it down a notch please?" To which he turned his back on me and walked away from me while yelling at me what he thought the solution to my initial problem was. I did not understand why he was being so rude to me, I was a paying customer with a problem. After trying to get him to speak to me respectfully and to treat me respectfully he finally started yelling at me to leave the store and to take my issue up with the cops. Meanwhile his female co worker was telling me I needed to shush and she started kicking me out as well. I genuinely had a problem I needed help with and I was treated terrible, like I was the problem. I did step out when asked and after making a phone call I was told my problem had been solved, it was not at all what the GM had yelled at me the solution was and in an act of defiance I opened the front door and declared the problem was solved and the gm was still an a$$hole. I immediately left and called the speedway complant line where they listened and took note of my story but it doesn't end there. Around 35 minutes later I was at the nearby starbucks picking up a door dash order and getting back into my vehicle when the same GM parked right beside me, got out of his vehicle and yelled into the air what sounded like, "THERE SHE IS MISS PIG!!" I immediately called the complaint line back and luckily got the same young man I spoke to prior. I filed another report against this man and now all I can do is wonder, did anyone care enough to follow through with this guy? Will he be allowed to stay in that position and treat others this badly? And ultimately I wonder, had he been drinking on the job? Is that why he ran to starbucks after? Is that why he acted so belligerent???I may never know but I do know this, I will never step foot in another speedway again and I know that women are not safe with this guy around.
