They lied and scammed me! I am very disappointed in this company. We have done several cross country moves because of government employment and this is the first company to LOSE our items and damage them. I filed a claim and NONE of my items were found and I was given the excuse that we signed off everything was ok during delivery. Thanks Vanessa for doing absolutely nothing to help us! They didn’t even give me 24hr notice for delivery so I had to rush to get a storage unit and had to leave throughout them moving things in because I didn’t have time to rearrange my plans for the day! We signed off assuming our items were all there because every other company in the past has never had this problem!
They lied and said they don’t hire third parties but they absolutely do because they couldn’t even reach the driver for a delivery estimate and kept asking me if I had heard anything! The movers dismantled many of our items INSIDE the truck including vintage and antique items!
I am disgusted that our items have been STOLEN by this company! I don’t even care about what they damaged at this point. I want my items that were handed down to me from dead relatives! Absolutely shameful that someone would keep those kinds of things that don’t belong to them!
I will be telling every government employee I know that this is the most despicable operation.
If you unfortunately hire this company, watch them like a hawk. And if you have to report anything missing or damaged, pray you don’t get Vanessa on the case.

This company was assigned the insurance claim for our move through North American Van lines. They lost boxes of cloths and kitchen supplies. They also lost a shelf. I sent photos of everything Pam Rose, one of their Claim adjusters. She denied my claim and said i didn't even put a description of the item when i attached a photo of it with the price tag when i bought it.This company and experience has been a joke. I have called for weeks and no one answers their phones. It is a complete scam. Do not use them if you can

These guys seem to completely lack ethics. Lost an expensive item on my move, and refused to pay despite evidence they did not deliver it. Go look for a honest mover elsewhere.

0/5PLEASE AVOID THESE MOVERS AT ALL COST!WORST relocation company ever. They try to rip you off even after they lose ALL your items during the move.

I regret using them as my relocation and moving service/company. It took 2 weeks for my shipment to arrive. They broke a TV and lost my office chair. I did not realize, that at the time of delivery, my office chair was missing because of how overwhelming the move was. However, the claims adjuster refused to work with me. No understanding and no empathy from them. Never again.

Allied Van Lines and North American Van lines are owned by Sirva. It's a call center. They train you to call someone 15 times a day. Leave the messages each time. Or get fired. They are open 365 days a year .Employees are paid small wages. They use temp agencies to fill spots. They last 24-hours. Forget ethical behavior. You are a number to them. I needed handicap access to get to my office .I asked multiple times if they had this - handicap entrance . Nope .They said they didn't. When I mentioned that this was against the law with my temp agency, I was fired. I also Asked if my children had an emergency what number can I give them to reach me here at work since I couldn't have my phone at my desk. They would not give me one . I had a very sick child so I kept my phone under my desk on the floor on silent just in case. I was fired "officially' for having my phone at the desk 1 time. Literally eight after saying it is against the law to not have hansicao entrance. II hav 4 blood clots in my legs and a broken left foot with 3 crushed toes .I had to walk up three flights of stairs for 3 days .Then got fired. Terrible company. Terrible employer. Rude ghetto coworkers. But fyi: they do hire felons and criminals .so equal opportunity to you. But not the disabled

Looking to move Do Not Use This Company. I was promise that my stuff will be delivered on 12-6-17 and it's now 12-19-17, I'm still waiting. Every time I called it's another excused. They don't have drivers. I spend $1500 and they will not refund me for my troubles.
