“I decided, upon recommendation, to schedule a consultation with Christopher James in July of '23 for my December '23 wedding. I'm in a power wheelchair and I've tried numerous times with other stores to get a suit that fit my... quirky body shape, to no avail.From that first consultation with Dillon, I knew we came to the right place. He ended up spending two hours with me listening to my needs and taking measurements, making suggestions, etc. My then fiance and I left that day feeling heard and taken care of.Every time we went in to see Dillon after that, he made us feel totally comfortable and well taken care of. This was not an easy suit for him to piece together, but he did an absolutely stunning job! He is so attentive, thorough, and thoughtful. He treated us like friends, and he honestly became one for us. He even stopped by on the day of the wedding to make sure the suit was laying just right for me while in my chair! He went so far above and beyond for me and my wife.With suits, you get what you pay for, and we got top notch service and quality from Dillon, and everyone else at Christopher James. The store gets 5 out of 5 stars, but if I could, I would give Dillon 20 stars!”
“We walked into the store and were prepared to be bamboozled to buy the most expensive shoe and hear all the sales pitches. BUT Christopher and Levi instantly greeted us with a warm welcome and took time to get to know me and the type of shoe I needed for my job. I’m a nurse and I am on my feet 12+hrs a shift, constantly standing, walking or even running. Levi pointed out that I “pronate “ when I walk, which I honestly never noticed. I’ve always had foot pain, especially since I injured my right foot a few years ago. So I assumed I’d always be in pain. Christopher recommended the brand Hokas to me. Even the specific type that was best suited for my foot and work life. He took time to measure the fit and make sure I had the correct size. They even let me go for a walk in them to test drive them so to speak lol I wasn’t pressured to buy anything, they just gave me knowledge and insight to my foot issues. We did end up purchasing a pair though! We couldn’t help but buy them simply because 1)they fit amazingly, never have I ever had a shoe fit me so well. I have even tried the Clove brand and that was terrible. 2)the customer service from Christopher was top tier and genuine! 3) Levi knew what my issue was just by watching me walk in the store. This store carries a wide variety of shoes for all foot types and the staff is well informed and can help you find exactly what you need. This will be my new shoe store for sure! I’ll be recommending them to all my healthcare workers and friends! We appreciate the excellent service and look forward to making more purchases with you! Thank you again!”
“The team here is very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and helped me choose the shoe best suited for my training goals. “I am not exactly in the spectrum of the sizing of clothes they have and sometimes when I walk in there they don't even talk to me because I am bigger in size...but i do buy my pants here and when I do they actually try to help. The girls and guys who work there are very friendly and nice...don't get me wrong on that.”

“I brought my son here to buy some shoes. While we were in the store, he dropped $20 that he had brought along. He did not realize the money was missing until we got to the car. We headed back into the mall hoping the money would still be there. To our surprise, an employee (Mike) was walking through the mall looking for us to return the money. “I found this shop by accident one day as I was getting my husband Mexican food. I walked in and the gal behind the counter was very nice. I came back the next time and bought some scrubs and had the same great gal there. The last few times I have gone in there I met the owner. She is sweet, and willing to help anyway she can. I went yesterday and it was the owner again. I love this place. Always great service, have a huge selection, and they are willing to get you your size right away if they don't have them on hand. “I bought pull on boots (think cowboy boots) for work, after a few days of wearing them they just felt to big, after a phone call they exchanged them for a smaller size even though i had thrown the box away and didn't bring in the receipt because i turned it in at work, they were very professional about it. They have a 30 day guarantee and honored it even though they were a little scuffed and slightly dirty. Overall it was a positive experience.”
