“This was my first time utilizing this FedEx location. I had some timely packages to get out and McKenna was very friendly and accommodating. A few hours later when I realized I had not documented one of the tracking numbers, I called back and McKenna not only told me that the tracking number would get emailed when it left the building but then read the tracking number over the phone for me. “I'm not sure which location the driver works at, but yesterday while I was working on an oil change for my mother-in-law, I had the jack slip out from under the car, And crush me. the driver heard my family screaming for help as he was passing by, and he helped lift the car until the jack could be put back up.I just wanted to say thank you to that driver.? it was so painful and every little bit helped. “This is the warehouse where the trucks go to get loaded and unloaded. It looks very industrial and intimidating if it is your first time. But they have a very small retail drop off and pickup area in the left hand corner of the building. You park outside the fence and then walk thru the fence across the driveway.
Everyone is very professional & extremely friendly, but they are always busy.”

“I have always had a great experience here! The staff is extremely friendly and always try to find you the best deal. I feel like it is reasonably priced and very convenient. They even offer a punch card where you can get a package for free. There are some toys and gifts to choose from in the store, as well as packaging materials. They sell envelopes, boxes, and packing tape. They ship nearly everything!! I use this place to ship things quite often. I just wish they took Amazon returns too!”
