very very poor customer service . got sold a vape that didn't work and the older lady wanted to tell me to come back and get my money the next day . she was rude and disrespectful not even seeing what was wrong with the situation of seeking something that didn't even work !!! the place is nasty and ran down also .

I purchased a battery from the store this Christmas evening, went home and immediately found out it wouldn't charge, so I quickly returned to the store.I attempted to return or exchange it, but the manager would not let me despite recognizing me from being in there 20 minutes prior. She said "no returns." I wouldn't have purchased it knowing there was a "no return" policy. Please stop selling junk! Your customers deserve better.

Don't go here! I got $20 in gas at the pump and they took every penny from my account! Could be up to 10 days before i get it back. 1 day is too long with no money!! This should be illegal! I'll never go to another shell station.

Go somewhere else, like across the street to the Speedway gas station before going to this place.I would make this an absolute ZERO, if possible, but I cannot.I never have given a bad review (look at my other reviews) and know this station deserves one.I went to pump 13 and used my Shell card for the discount for the first 20 gallons. Well, the pump cold stopped at ~12 gallons and the female attendant (who must be the owner) was absolutely useless and confrontational throughout our exchange. I tried to explain to her multiple times/ways the fact that the pump shut down and was not functioning... but throughout the conversation she insisted that it was working just fine. She then refused to restart the pump and allow the Shell discount, so I was forced to go somewhere else to finish the fill-up.Finally, I live in the area and will not return anytime in the near future, even though I have Shell card! I will gladly spend more money for more helpful service at another station!

Not just bad super bad. Wont go here even if its the last station with gas in town. After how they talked to my wife and had her almost in tears. I'm just glad i wasn't there to witness it because id have taken matters into my own hands. All over how they don't know how to ring you up with a Shell gift card.

Huge shell gas station in Fort Wayne. It even has a Little Caesars attached. I only used it to refill my tank as I had a long drive back to Van Wert. Besides the size of the gas station, nothing special.Got my gas and went off on my way!

Not sure if this is correct but check the pumps for card skimming devices. We will get the confirmation but it's pointing here.

Horrible customer service. I was trying to redeem my points At the pump and it's not giving me the correct number I went inside to told the clerk on what happened and she told me I have no idea I don't know anything about it. That was a waste of my time. Somebody needs to be retrained how to do their job.
