Attempted to pay at the pump for gas they Put a $150 charge on my shell credit card which got my card blocked for suspicious transactions. I now have to get a new card. HORRIBLE GAS STATION!!

Don’t pay with your card. They will over charge you and not refund your money. It’s happened more than once. GO TO ANOTHER GAS STATION!!

They are bad and cheating business on south side of Fort Wayne, IN. I will never go to this Shell again! They cheated me on my gas, the pump says $2.75, I was to get $.10 off due to my reward card and clearly by my receipt I was charged more $2.85 in stead of the $2.65 I should have been charged. I’M TRIED OF BUSINESSES CHEATING PEOPLE. THIS SHELL IS BAD BUSINESS!!!

Rude rude rude. I have been going to this gas station since it opened off and on and just recently started having problems. The first 2 time a few months back was a rude guy that refused to 1) go check to see if they had any more of a particular product and then 2) refused to unlock the bathroom door for a lady. Now tonight I go in to buy a pack of cigarettes and unfortunately had to pay in mostly change. The guy working tonight pulled his drawer out and showed me he had a lot of change already. He didn't refuse me service like I thought he was going to but when he rang up my cigarettes he told me the total was $6.82. I started counting the change to him so he wouldn't have to. He told me to just hand all of it to him and he would count it. As soon as I did he said "Thank you" and didn't give me back my change. So I stood there for a minute and looked at me and very snobbishly said "Thank you"again. Never again will I go to this Shell as they are rude thieves! I know its only $0.08 but still. It's ridiculous. I will never step foot inside that store again and I hope no one else does either.
