My family and I came to JCPenney on a shopping trip to Glenbrook Square mall. We did not spend a lot of time here. We were dismayed by the lack of quality and the price of the clothes here. We spent some time here and then quickly left. Sad to see how far this department store has fallen.

It starts at the top, Sephora. Poor management, lack of leadership, bad training, no coaching and hiring mean girls. Is this really Sephora's culture as a whole or just this store? It takes 1 bad apple to ruin the whole bushel....These girls blatantly look at people, say nothing, then Turn their Backs and continue standing behind the counter gossiping about coworkers. Last time I was in they flat told me they couldn't help me find something and continued their gossip and phone usage... WHAT?! I've spent so much here...usually online bc of the Poor customer service in store...but I am Done.

Came in with my friend and asked for a shade match, Jamie helped us and she was awesome! She offered amazing products that didn’t cost an arm and a leg but worked perfectly on our skin types and completion! 10/10 would definitely recommend her :)

Who doesn't love Sephora??!! They always have everything I want/need!!! And they have the best skin care products!!! I love glow recipe ✨️ and I love makeup so this store is must!!! Be aware it can be a bit pricey but with higher quality products that tends to happen! ?

The people there are rude. I once walked right through that store 3 times and no one said a word to me. They were too busy talking amongst themselves. The makeup is messy and I've never seen them clean anything. Nope and no.

I found some really great deals here, but my cashier was just rude. I only bought a pair of shoes and a headband. After exchanging pleasantries, she asked to see my Louis Vuitton bag. I get this a lot, so I put it on the counter so she could see. Her expression and the way she treated me changed immediately, and she rudely stated "that's fake." First of all, my bag isn't fake. My father in law owns a $27 million IT business and had the means to buy me an LV for Christmas, including the bag it came in. This rude cashier proceeded to explain to me how she "knew" my bag was fake, groping it and opening it up, which I thought was a sever invasion of privacy. I don't remember her name, all remember is that she is an Asian woman and her name starts with a V. Please do something about the way your employees treat customers. I will not be coming back.

Went to pick up my birthday month gift. Ended up walking out with a new foundation. Best part of this was the fifty percent off the make up. I suggest everyone to join their loyalty program. You can also download the Sephora app on your phone. The only downfall of this store would be how small the place is. Its very cramped for the large selection of products.

My pleasant experiences here far outweigh the few times I've had sub par service...9 out of 10 times, they are helpful, follow through to the end, are always helpful and make suggestions based on needs and what you currently like. They are also really pleasant about handling returns/exchanges. Definitely feel like a valued customer here whether I'm spending $20 or $200+ dollars. The app is awesome too.

I stepped in JCP a week ago. I was pleasantly surprised. Gone is the hodgepodge of lesser value selection and in its stead are brands worthy of your time and consideration. They've opted for less merchandise, more quality, and a cleaner looking space. The store looks clean and less cumbersome. They are back to sending out coupon mailers that can be applied to on going sales. The only drawback is less checkout lanes, but that's certainly worth dealing with. This store, as many others l, has changed their hours due to the pandemic.

i truly don’t understand how there are so many bad reviews for this location. for one, Sarah and Maya are the best. i always get the best product suggestions from them and they are always so helpful. i have also never had any bad experiences with any of the other girls. this is why i ALWAYS come to Sephora.Ulta, however (for comparison) - i am never asked if i need assistance, i feel ignored, and i always feel like when i do get product recommendations from someone, they’re just trying to sell me something instead of actually trying to help me find something that suits my needs.TIP: don’t go in on a Saturday when they’re drowning with business if you want someone to spend more time with you. go during the week!

Helpful and professional staff, lots of variety to choose from. BEST MAKEUP SHOP IN TOWN
