Insured with Scott and State Farm for nearly 4 years both home & two autos. When replacing 1 auto and getting the replacement coverage I was shocked at the increase, after getting quotes from 3 other National companies received more coverage and lower premiums by $114 per mo.!
When I and the other agent with A———-
called to inform them we spoke to a young gentleman who handled the initial transfer of information with 3 1/2 weeks until next renewal/payment giving them ample time to complete paperwork transfer was Thank You.
Now 3 1/2 weeks later they again transfer
monies for my bank account for more then the normal premium, again I called and spoke to the young gentleman who seemed
uninformed as to the process or had an answer as to why this would happen I asked to speak to Shannon was told she was busy,
ask to speak to Scott was told he was busy,
Very frustrated I asked for one of them to give me a call 5 days later no call no communication! $ 315.00 dollars think how you would feel and make your one decision!

Thank you to Scott with State Farm for going above and beyond. I appreciate your hard work in helping turn my frustration with billing and missed payments due to clerical error into a positive one. Scott truly went above and beyond and even sent me a gift card for inconvenience. I was strongly consider another insurance company, one who wouldn’t forget or not bill me. But technical issues happen and Scott really showed up and empathized with my situation and helped to resolve it! Thanks again!
