The pharmacy staff are so welcoming, professional and helpful every time I visit the pharmacy. They fill prescriptions accurately and on time and also provide detailed explanation about the medication.

Suggestion: I actually don’t mind the club except it can get crazy busy, my complaint is that I bought the plus membership so I could get delivery on groceries and the club doesn’t deliver to New Haven(20minSE) but delivers to 45 minutes away. Which is fine, IF you tell me when I’m paying for plus. So suggestion start delivering to New Haven.

Back in August i was stalked thru the local Sams Club by "Just Energy" who claimed that NIPSCO holds a monopoly in our area and they could save me money on my utility bill. These were "Sam's Club employees", this is a "Sam's Club deal" & I was to get $45 in club great/gift certificates if I signed up to "SAVE MONEY" on their energy. *I should have known at the time, something "to good to be true, was in fact, not true- but here we are* Fast Forward to last month when my Gas bill came, and was $114 more than my budget. I contacted Nipsco, who was more than willing to help me get out of this "SCAM" (my words, not Nipscos). I then contacted "Just Energy" to find out I was entered into a 3 year contract and this man assured me again, that he would save me money. Mind you they charge 3x /therm, but whatever. I eventually went off on him and he was able to cancel said contract (which also costs money to do). Here we are today.... Another $260+ dollars owed to "Just Energy" and nowhere to find help. I contacted Sams Club Corp office and they have never even heard of such a thing. She (who was surprisingly pleasant) offered to call my local club and get the manager on the line. ... HERE IS THE RANT (the secondary rant): The "manager" at the FORT WAYNE IN Sams Club says "I can assist from here" (upon transfer from Corp) and says "yeah, uh, weve gotten a bunch of calls about this lately and let me just tell you that there is nothing we can do, we dont hire, or contract these people, and ... this is when I cut her off. I dont know her name, she didnt say "hello" she didnt do anything but come at me with her negative attitude. I will NEVER purchase another membership from that company, hell, I wont shop Walmart ever again. And I know that my couple hundred a month in groceries wont kill them, but, nah, no way! I wont support that! So I have been scammed out of money from a third party that they allowed to stalk their customer and then told it wasnt their problem... BYE Walmart Sam's Club‼️

We love Sam's Club! Great prices. Customer Service! & Free Samples! We keep our membership because we love that we can get our glasses from optical pretty reasonable for our whole family. Only downfall that we've noticed is that the Return line is always out the door, and can take 30-45 minutes to get through, with one associate working, this is a pain. Sometimes trying to find a sales associate in the store is impossible.

Since moving to Fort Wayne, I've always been a Costco member because the customer service there is superb. With a recent Groupon deal I got a membership to Sam's Club and I remember why it's a love-hate relationship. What I like about it is there's a lot of common food items that you can buy in bulk. There are a lot of food items that come from known manufacturers. They also have the scan and go option, which makes purchasing things so easy now the major negatives are the customer service line takes forever because there's only one employee working there. If you want to find somebody to help you, it's almost impossible. The food court has definitely more items than Costco in at cheaper prices you can't go wrong with a cinnamon, sugar, pretzel or a brownie sundae. They also have a supreme pizza which I wish Costco would bring back. Overall, the store itself is great, but the customer service could go a long way.

Sams Club needs to cate about its handicapped customers. I am one of those. I went into the store and needed a scooter to shop. I didn't see one immediately. At the greeting desk (misnomer) i showed my card. I then told the girl i needed a scooter. She looked at me rather disgusted and said there isn't one. I said i needed it to shop. Don't they go look and see of one is coming. She said she wasn't allowed to. I forgot to add that she was on her phone this entire time. She didn't look at my card when i showed it to her and she was welcoming others to Sams without seeing their cards too. At Costco i have not only had the door person to radio to the checkouts and see if one is coming, they send one of their cart people out to the parking lot to assist another who was finished and bring that cart back to me. On some occasions they have found a chair for me to sit and wait. Sams need to be more picky about who they hire and to be trained on helping the handicapped.

I recommend you DO NOT BUY Sharp Cheddar Cheese from here. I love the cheese BUT every time I purchase the cheese it get molded. Why is my cheese molded, when it doesn’t suppose to expire/Best used by 6/16/2022? I need answers because it’s non sense to me

Reasonable precautions during crisis BUT remained open to allow purchase of essentials & other maybe nonessential but desired products. Good care by employees to reduce possible transmission.

Extremely dissatisfied with Sams Club’s decision to change their store hours for those who aren’t “plus card members”. I’ve always gone shopping in the early morning after dropping the kids off at school. Today I showed up at my normal 9am time and was told that I was not allowed to shop until 10 am unless I was a plus card member. Sorry... I’m not paying an extra $35 to shop an hour early. Guess I’ll just take my business to Costco since I also have a membership there. Won’t be renewing my year membership unless this changes.

The scan and go app is awesome! You look at all the long lines and walk right by them! Also enjoy the pick up service and free shipping with the plus membership. Gas prices are the lowest in town!
