He goes the extra mile for me on finding parts for my "antique" trucks ? and I often get them delivered to my place. Just all around great guy, has good communication, and actually puts in a lot of effort to find what I need. I'm not some big-time trucking guy, I just have some old trucks to fix up, and he doesn't just dismiss me. “Despite the service challenges of COVID-19, I was able to pick up my box truck with only a 15 minute wait. The return was even shorter and just as smooth. The truck condition was excellent! If you are moving a long distant, Enterprise is the best economic choice due to low $/mile costs compared to UHaul, Penske and Ryder.”

“The BEST U-HAUL Experience EVER!I expected this to be the typical U-Haul experience...time consuming, inspection of the vehicle, paperwork, hard sales on added insurance or other equipment, certain vehicles not available, lectures about gas and damage, blah blah blah.Rolled in and out in 10 minutes. Anthony was 100% relaxed...but quick, knowledgeable, kind, patient, generous, and caring. He even gave me a great deal without my even asking for any favors at all. It was all so smooth that it didn't seem real!Through many U-Haul rentals over many years, this is the hands-down best experience I've ever had. Much respect.”
“I picked up a trailer on Sunday morning 02/04. There was only one person working in the store, and he was already waiting on two customers by himself. He was doing his best to help out one family, while it looked like he was just finishing up with another lady. During this time, he's also answering phone calls from customers and managing it all extremely well and with a great attitude. As I was waiting, another lady came in complaining that she didn't have a paper copy of the contract. The employee explained that there printer wasn't working, and then it began - this lady did everything she could do to complain, yell, belittle, and just generally berate and "bait" the employee to engage in confrontation. The employee handled it in the best way possible. She was yelling at him and complaining loudly - and every time she did, the employee shut her down by simply being direct and polite, in a very professional manner. Keep in mind, this employee is now waiting on the first guy, this lady, now me, and almost non-stop phone calls. I don't know this employee, but he showed MANAGEMENT skills above and beyond working at the counter at UHaul. Polite, professional, friendly, hard-working and helpful. I'm an upper-level manager, and would love to have people like this!The equipment was ok...”
“Kevin was an absolute super star when I had an issue with my food truck’s propane tank. It was almost closing time and yet he went to work troubleshooting and getting all the tools out to make sure I was pulling out with a full tank to get to my event. He saved the day and I couldn’t be more grateful for his amazing “can do” attitude! Highly recommend giving this gentleman your business!!”
“I was skeptical about renting a U-Haul from this location after reading the reviews but this was the only one that gave me the option to rent and return on the days I need the truck. I made reservations online and got a confirmation which I printed off. I arrive with everything needed my confirmation text and print off..but somehow I wasn’t showing up in their system then once I showed up it wouldn’t let me rent. Larry had me step over to his desk and he worked everything out. I think if it would’ve been for Larry I would’ve got turned away although I had reservations and confirmation. He was very helpful and polite. I returned the truck and he was the only one I seen working checking in trucks that had arrived before me. I decided to wait to let him check in my truck instead of getting an email. If I rent anything or buy from this U-Haul I definitely will ask for Larry! Thank you Larry you’re awesome. Very hard worker, works well under stress.”
