Nick and Logan did great. I was a little frustrated with the communication, though. There were items needed to finalize our mortgage that were previously said to have not been needed. There were last minute things that were brought up that took time that could’ve caused issues. There were also some things that were told to us that were then changed multiple times before we got to closing. I wish there would’ve been things more set in stone prior to being told to my boyfriend and I, but I also know that Nick and Logan had changed companies during the beginning of our process, so things were probably a little confusing for everybody.

Dave Chmiel was amazing! He came in after a previous company dropped the ball on my mortgage, but even after picking up my case late we still closed a week early. He and his team kept me in the loop the whole time, let me know exactly what was needed of me and what deadlines were in place, and were responsive to my many questions, all of which were great to me as a first-time homebuyer. They all very clearly knew what they were doing (and I can't stress enough how remarkably fast they worked for me - again, Dave came into the process late and we still closed early). I would trust Dave and the people at Ruoff with my mortgage any time.
