They were nice(ish) until vehicle was purchased, and then absolutely horrid customer service and treatment. The list of complaints and grievances from buying a vehicle from here is too long to even list. And individuals like Monica seem to want to go out of their way to make the interactions miserable. Would not recommend this dealership to my very worst enemy.

This place is very judgmental and the manager said that they are not there for customer service they are just there to take your money and don't care what kind of car they sell you. I highly recommend not to buy a car from this place unless you're desperate and need for the week. They will also run your card for more than what you are authorizing them to take. And they will also give your information about your loan to anybody that calls on the phone. And if you can't get through on the payment line you can press one and get through and act like you're buying a car to talk to the person you talk to about your payment.

They prey on poor people with bad credit. If you don’t know any better they will stick their fangs in your neck. They’re Msrp is way passed book value. Not just a little but a lot. Very sad. Just warning you.
