Made an appointment based on reviews. Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment but was told appointment was not for 15 minutes later than time I had scheduled. The nail tech did not ask me what kind of pedicure I wanted or discuss concerns etc. she trimmed nails and cuticles, scrubbed calluses and applied polish, which I brought, and was done in 20 minutes at the most. Put some lotion on legs and did what she called a massage. I was charged the full price. It appeared that her next customer came in while she was in the process of doing my pedicure and I believe she did not want to keep her waiting. Am new to this area and looking for a salon. Will keep looking to find a place that provides a relaxing spa pedicure. My nails look ok, but the price charged should have included more than just trimming and polishing nails.

If you go there, do NOT let Alexandra do your nails. She is clearly inexperienced as she filed the skin off my toes to the point where I was actively bleeding. She was not gentle and made the entire experience terrible. I go here for pedicures and to relax.. Not for someone to skin me!Service: Pedicure

I didn't get what I wanted even though we had pictures. And neither did my granddaughter. Very expensive. They have you make an app but they call people out if order. Basically they don't go by the time or who was first. If there is someone waiting to be that they know, they will take that person ahead of you. Even if it is your appointment time and you were there first.Bad customer service. I will probably not go back there.

I have been getting my nails and toes done at Polish Nail Salon for the last three years. Ana always has my nails looking so nice and her nail art is the cutest! Everyone thought these were little stickers, nope! All Ana and her brush! I am sad I am moving out of state because I am not sure if I can find another salon like Polish. Polish is always clean, all the ladies are so sweet, and plenty of colors to choose from. You will not be disappointed if you choose to go here.
