When I was researching a walk-in to buy, I wasn’t sure what made these coolers better than any other. I watched some of their videos and spoke with their rep and decided it was worth a shot. Let me tell you, it’s night and day compared to their competitors products. If you want a “lifetime” cooler, this is it. It was shocking to hear stories of some of these coolers lasting 50+ years and still being in sound condition. These are so nice, they really are the Cadillac of coolers. It’s extremely high quality, tightly built, and they deliver and place them wherever you want. I had them put it on a deck outside of our business. I would have been completely content with the cooler itself, but the company and the people who helped me were just phenomenal. From ordering the unit, to working with dispatch, to the driver, everyone was so helpful and professional and really aimed to please. It was a really positive experience all around. This is really a great American company with top notch products. We couldn’t be more pleased with this purchase. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Adam at Polar King was a delight to work with. He worked with me to assess our needs and to plan out a walk-in cooler for our food pantry. He was always responsive and communicated often throughout the project to make sure we had what we needed. The walk-in is amazing and the layout perfect for us. The delivery team was professional and amazing to watch getting into position in a tight space and off loading the unit.

We just purchased a massive walk-in freezer from Polar King for our Regenerative meat company, REP Provisions. Best experience ever! There is not another company that I could recommend more! Everyone that I worked with, Dan our salesman, Heather the delivery coordinator and Steve (Stevo) our amazing delivery driver! We fit a very large freezer in a very small area inside our warehouse and Stevo truly could not have handled the delivery anymore perfectly. Purchasing this new freezer was a very big deal for our small start up company and everyone with Polar King made it feel so stress free! Thank you guys so much!!

I started working with Jared Lung at Polar King to customize my freezer at the beginning of this year and received it a few months later in May. I ran into a few issues with my town building inspector since he did not have any experience with outdoor freezers, but Jared was able to get the required documentation for my building inspector to smooth things out. I also had some zoning issues to resolve, but once that was out of the way we wired up the freezer with a few hours of work from the electrician and it fired right up! The freezer is surprisingly quiet and has been maintaining temp perfectly at -10 to -18 degrees. Very happy with the quality of the freezer and help I received from Polar King and Jared getting it set up.

We purchased a walk-in Freezer a year ago, it has been working perfectly since.Installation was a breeze and the communication with Polar King was great.We are shifting our focus and wondered if we could modify our freezer to a cooler. I got simple instructions on that process in a very timely way; many thanks to Jared at Polar King for connecting the dots on that for me; he was great.

Our experience with Polar King International, Inc. has been excellent each time from start to finish (Initial planning, fabrication, follow up and delivery). The process has been seamless on both occasions, as our organization now owns a Walk-in Refrigerator and a Walk-in Freezer from Polar King to support the infrastructure of our weekly Food Giveaway Program here in the nation's capital at The New Macedonia Baptist Church. We purchased a Polar King outdoor freezer unit many years ago and this unit has been very reliable. It is rare when any work needs to be done on the unit. We decided to purchase a larger freezer this year and went with polar king again. Their customer service is great and the freezer is perfect as always!

The entire process of purchasing our freezer was positive. From the sales team setting us up with the unit that would work best for us to the scheduling of the delivery, everything was communicated well and all schedules were kept. The delivery and setup of our freezer was handled in a most professional manner and the unit is working very well for our operation

We have been very happy with the product and the service that we have received from Polar King. The walk-in freezer has been a life-saver for the Meals on Wheels program. With funding a concern, we had to choose wisely for needed equipment. We chose Polar King because of the quality of their products, but I think the quality of service we received equals that of the product. We would definitely recommend them!

Working with Jared was a good experience mapping out our wants and needs.The day of install was not so good. We had a miss communication on door size and had to change our opening, the driver was not familiar with the machine ordered to unload the appliance but he was very willing to do what ever he could do, he was very nice and polite.We were fortunate to have to operators on our site that day.The actual install cost us and extra 818.00 charged to us by the machine rental company.We like our new appliance very much the install day was very intense.

My Experience with polar king was nothing short of outstanding!!! I toured the facility before I made my purchase and what an awesome place. Jarad and Dan both made the process fun and they both were so very knowledgeable about their product. I absolutely could not have asked for anything more out of anyone including the delivery man !!! What an amazing product and company!!!!
