Wow! Ten (10) minutes at the drive up for a simple deposit. When asked why it took so long, teller responded, "I was with a customer." Guess I don't count as one.

The employees at this location are nice enough. PNC overall is the worst bank for plundering as many fees as they possibly can from small businesses. In a time when most banks are reducing or completely doing away with fees, PNC is maximizing them as much as the law will allow. I regret switching to PNC everyday. As much of a hassle as it is to switch banks when you have direct deposits as a small business, I will be leaving ASAP.

I was sent broken Clover devices that won't even turn on. PNC won't replace the devices, fix them, or even take them back and refund me what I paid for them. I have called Clover over this issue and PNC is definitely the problem.After months of broken devices, lost profits, and getting the run-around, the outright lies, and rude behavior from PNC, I closed all of my accounts at PNC. PNC then turned around and reported my business as permanently closed to Dunn & Bradstreet and various other credit reporting agencies which has complicated getting grants that my business was selected for.If you don't want you or your small business to face unnecessary problems and disruption, then I would highly advise not using PNC period especially this location.

the most unprofessional unethical bank ever met in life. those bank employees, so called managers even didn't pull customer's account from computer but simply deny people withdraw their own money. Try to scam money? feel sorry for pnc to hire such terrible ones.

So it's a cold 85 degree day, and it was extremely cloudy. So the sun wasn't out or anything(I'm being sarcastic). Well I needed some money for laundry and decided to order pick up from five guys. Well I used pnc to withdraw my money and before I even arrived, I had placed my order for food.. and knowing its a very small, busy restaurant with no where in the area to sit. I patiently waited a few mins by the non-busy atm- that let me reiterate this again, it wasn't busy at all. I didn't realize yall were open till a lady came out and asked if I was okay..i told her what I was doin.. and then a couple minutes later I got up to head towards five guys to get my food, well I stopped kinda on the sidewalk behind the building and to make call doordash bcus it said my order would be ready at 7pm and not immediately at 12. As soon as the person picked the phone up, a different lady from within came out and told me i needed to leave, I was loitering and I was scaring off customers..Their is next to no shade in times corner and with a pandemic going, excuse me for hiding where I could, even tho I was out of the way..You're in the wrong location if you're that worried about yourself. I hope these ladies feel better about themselves.

Unable to assist me in taking out a large amount of cash. First indicated they would be able to, then changed their mind. The suggestion was that I either (1) take my own time to call all of the local branches and drive around collecting the money, or (2) wait over a week for this branch to obtain the money. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The person on the phone was not even remotely interested in assisting me.
