If you are looking for tires, look no further.
Be prepared when you call for "Can you ho" and being immediately placed on hold before they finish the question.
If you want anything else besides tires, I suggest ANYWHERR else. After taking a vehicle here to have the power steering pump fixed ( it fell off ), they remounted the pump. Upon driving it, it didn't work. They didn't fill the empty pump or replace it despite a $1300 bill.

Took loose tire in to get plugged. Didn't take out warranty on tires when I bought them. But they plugged my tire for free. Got it done in less than 30mins.

Long and Honest Review
I took my van to Patriot Tire on Dupont for tire mounting, alignment, and balancing because the dealer had no openings soon, and I urgently needed new tires. I ordered the new tires directly from Goodyear.
Initially, my husband called the Fernhill location for a quote and was told $140, but since their equipment was not working, they recommended calling the Dupont location. We received the same $140 quote from Dupont, with no appointment needed—first come, first served.
Upon arrival, they quoted me around $206. When I mentioned the different quote I received over the phone, they acted like they had no idea why. I agreed to the service and used a $20 off coupon I found online.
Jenny was exceptionally friendly and took my vehicle for a drop-off, assuring me it would be ready in a couple of hours. I picked it up just before closing, around 5:30 PM. However, the customer service was lacking; I waited over five minutes without acknowledgment from the two men present until Jenny returned to assist me, providing my paperwork and processing my payment. She confirmed everything was good to go.
Upon returning home, the van didn’t feel right when driving; it was pulling to the right and felt bumpy, especially when turning. I noticed the alignment paperwork was incorrect, with some measurements marked in red. I called, and Brad assured me it was under warranty and could be rechecked.
I went back on Saturday around noon. Despite explaining the issue, the customer service was less accommodating. Jenny took my paperwork and suggested the tires needed rotation, which supposedly caused the red measurements.
While I'm not an expert, I've always serviced since brand-new 2019 van at the dealership without issues. The dealership ensures everything passes inspection every visit.
They advised me to return on Monday.
What should have been a straightforward task took three days, requiring me to take time off work and dealing with less-than-friendly service. In hindsight, I should have waited for the dealer's availability for their professional service and accommodations. I’m giving Patriot Tire three stars—they're not the worst, but I wouldn’t recommend them or return for future business.
UPDATE: if I could give them 0 stars I would. They only made things worse and would blame it on issues my vehicle didn’t have prior to this visit. After people rolling eyes at me and treating me poorly, I straight walked out. Not worth wasting more time or energy. This place is a joke.

Had a tire going flat on a Saturday. Patriot was open till 2PM, called them at 12:45 and asked if they could still get me in to repair it if I was there in 15 minutes. The lady on the phone assured me they could. Arrived there before 1PM and the man at the counter told me they could not get me in because it was first come first serve. I explained that I had called and was assured they could get me in. He told me I could bring it back the next day because they had a couple of walk-ins and we're now too busy. I will never buy tires there again.
