Alex is an absolute slumlord that practices, unethical and illegal treatment of tenants, knowingly sells people cars with salvage titles without releasing the legally required information at time of sale, and he would even (and has) ripped off his own "family" ... avoid at all cost.

UPDATE: All in all I completely recommend Palermo. They fill a niche that is definitely needed. They are fair and they stand by their vehicles. I plan to return soon it's a great place to look for a dependable car for new drivers. UPDATE: After my friend had the car for about three weeks an making payments they were told that they could not get paperwork to get plates until they paid taxes on the car which was an unexpected expense that was not made clear at the time of purchase. My friend did not budget for this unexpected expense. And I don't understand why this wasn't made clear at the time of the sale. Put 1k down. Imo the taxes should have been paid in the down-payment. BEWARE of unclear costs at time of sale. (First Post) My friend bought a car here and had some brake and drive train issues a couple of days after the purchase. She talked to them about the problems and they fixed all the problems a few days later. If you are looking to buy a car that has around 100k miles and don't want to spend too much for a vehicle, I highly recommend Palermo. They also do buy here pay here. This transaction gave me the feeling they use ethical business practices everyday.

Where do I start with this one? Alex is a Slumlord if I've ever experienced one.My family lived there for roughly, about 3 years. Rent was always on time, always paid. House was taken care of and ALL damages were reported to get fixed. Fast forward to a couple months ago, we get evicted after some hard times (I suggest looking up Alexs "mycase" as he has over 30 evictions this year alone) whatever, that's fine. But he also wants to charge 10,000 in damages that we ALWAYS REPORTED AND THEY NEVER FIXED IT. Here's the kicker, the neighbor kids started breaking in and stealing/trashing our things. Reached out to Alex, called us liars and denied us access to get ANY of our things. (We also didn't get a notice) I had to beg him just to be able to get my cat out of there. Good thing I did because a week later those same kids LIT THE HOUSE ON FIRE AND BURNED IT DOWN. Alex didn't call or return any text until the next day and still called us LIARS.THIS MAN IS A SLUMLORD. HIS PROPERTIES ARE TERRIBLE SO ARE HIS CARS. THANKS FOR NOTHING, ALEX.

Stay away from this place. Dropped of my truck for a driver door repair, Alex the owner is not decent person and very unprofessionalHe started with will be done in a week lol. Well 6 weeks later, after many calls, and after he changed the price we agreed on, finally I got my company truck back withterrible paint job he told me he is hanging a new door, well that’s a lie, used door with bad bad paint job.This job is only repeating the drivers door no frame work nothingThey have a lot of issues at the shop mixing their personal disaster with business, no customer service, no professionalism has his girl friend answering the calls then he calls you with an attitude I do not know why he acts like he does need his clients but people like that will shut down in no timeHe says he is the best but don’t let that fool you he is one of the worst in the city. Don’t waist your money and nerves dealing with that place there are a lot of places that are million times better.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Absolute disaster! I bought a car here and later realized it had been in a wreck and they tried to fix it themselves. The wiring was all messed up, headlights didn’t work and had to be re-wired which took a lot of work and money. Also it looks like they just threw parts back together and the front end kept coming off and was just hanging there. I paid around $15,000 for this car and was told I didn’t have a warranty and they wouldn’t do a think to fix it unless I paid for it. They lied and said they would get it detailed and gas it the car when picking it up neither was done and I had already been waiting three days for the car because the owners wife was using it?? Never buy or rent from this company, the owner Alex is a cold hearted con-man, stay away!Services: Electrical repair

Doesn't even deserve any start Alex and his girlfriend Jackie are rude! My husband worked for him in his houses Alex took hours out of my husbands check to pay for rent at one if his houses we lived at. He then tried filing for eviction he list in court 3 tomes when I would get home from court there would be another eviction on my door we have actually paid over and he's trying to sue us for 5000.00 dollars. This man is rude and so is his girl friend! They both yell at you when your in there to pay rent and she told me to f$#* off and that I wad her least favorite person on earth! I have it all on video!
