Cannot recommend using Sydney enough. When we first started looking at engagement rings we were mostly browsing big online retailers. We were drawn to the cheap prices but worried about quality. When we sat down with Sydney, she was able to take the initial idea I liked and talked my fiancé and I through all the different customizations we could make to create my dream ring. She sourced options for me to choose from for both my center stone and side stones, and the finished product was even more than I could have hoped for. In the end she created a ring more beautiful, unique, and high quality than any online retailer for a totally comparable price.We also found the process of working with Sydney extremely personal and enjoyable. My partner could be confident that he was spending his money on something I would love, and I still got to enjoy the element of surprise in seeing the finished product all put together when he proposed. So glad we went with Sydney and looking forward to working with her for our future needs!

New to Fort Wayne and needed my watches resized. Mr. Pacula went above and beyond to help me! His knowledge about watches was top tier! My fiancé and I have been working with Sydney to pick out the perfect pieces for our upcoming wedding. First, she created a custom engagement ring for me and it was everything I wanted and more. We then returned for our wedding bands. After sending Sydney some pictures of what we wanted, she had the perfect pieces hand selected for us at our appointment. She even ordered a specific band for me to see in person and it was the one that I ultimately chose. You can tell that Sydney is very knowledgeable in her field of expertise while also making your time with her fun and laid back. Never once did we feel pressured by her. We have been working with Sydney since 2021 when my fiancé inquired for my engagement ring upon my recommendation. Since then, working with her to perfect my ring, select wedding bands, & solder my bands together has been an absolute pleasure. The space is stunning and comfortable & Sydney & her father are always extremely hospitable and kind. Our items are always ready in a timely fashion & we appreciate the ease of setting appointments.
