I recently switched insurance companies to Ovation. I was impressed with the entire process. Joel is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He researched and presented various options to me. Rather than try to push one particular coverage or policy on me, he explained each one and then let me decide. I especially liked the ability to video conference with him and configure the policy real-time. His rates are competitive and his service is superb. Highly recommended!

Called Ovation for a quote on a bundle pack for my home and two cars. Talked to Sharon Cooper over the phone with my information. I felt very secured in doing so, she made feel like I was in her own home. Sharon stated that she would get back to me on the best option for my choices that I wanted. Wasn’t long till she called back and discussed what she had in stored for me. Everything I asked for and more, with a savings of a least $400.00 dollars in savings. This I believe is because my old insurance company had no interest in keeping me up with the times, and I believe if they’re going to treat me like this. I need to move on where I have company that cares for best interest at heart with the best rates available. So glad I made this decision.
