When I ordered the part, it said it was in stock. After waiting 24 hours with no notice or update I called, only to find that it wasn’t in stock and it won’t be here for another two or three days. Do not believe them when they say a part is in stock.

A shoutout to Brad, manager or assistant manager at the Bluffton Rd. location. He was very willing and capable in assisting me with an irritating/persistent onboard diagnostic code that the local BMW dealership wouldn't or couldn't deal with without another service appointment. This location seems to have a broad inventory, almost always having the automotive parts I need in stock.

The check out was pleasant but I ask them to change out my headlight on my left side and they refused to. I was the only customer in the store. I changed it myself. I'm going to AutoZone for now on!!!!!

From the moment I walked in the door, he greeted me with a friendly smile and was eager to assist me with finding the perfect parts for my vehicle.Not only was Sam extremely knowledgeable about the products they carried, but he also went above and beyond to make sure I was offered the best possible pricing. As a military service member, I was pleasantly surprised when he offered me a generous discount, which I greatly appreciated.Sam's dedication to outstanding customer service and loyalty to our nation's veterans is a testament to the kind of person he is. I bought some headlights there that went out after 8 months, not only did they honor a warranty without a receipt, the guy replaced them for me in the cold and mighty quickly with a smile. I wish I had caught his name. thanks guy I will always use O'Reilly's for all my car needs.
