Not really professional staffThe problem/issue is not about removing the claim, I know once the claim is opened it might be hard to close it later. I requested a letter from your office that nothing was paid by state farm even though I opened a claim but they said you should contact the claim dept. They did not even bother to tell me have a seat and we can put you on the line with claim dept. This is what usually agents do.

Not sure how they got my number, maybe I called around for quotes at one time. But they suddenly started calling me and would never leave a voicemail. So I called them and asked to be taken off their list and they were very rude and hung up on me.
