Slow service. Never seem to have enough tellers on hand. The ones they have are pleasant and efficient.

They nickle and dime you on your Health Savings Account (HSA). The HSA is there for a reason and they charge ridiculous $5 dormant fees. Note: This bank was previously Old Tower until they got bought out by Old National. We never had a problem with Old Tower. Old National does not care about the customers and simply wants to profit from their own customers. Go to another bank.
