Erin, the supervisor at the Lima rd/Dupont location is just awesome! Extremely helpful, very kind and her customer service was outstanding not just tonight but yesterday as well when I was in there!!

In less than 10 minutes in the store, I had an experienced sales lady help me select the best printer. Paid and loaded in my car. They even priced matched saving me $30.

Had a small print job, 50+ pages. There was some new employee training going on, but it had no negative impact on service at all. Staff was friendly, quick to help, offered helpful suggestions and the job was completed within minutes.
