Chris came over to make a few adjustments to my daughter's chair. She likes to lean to the right side and, while we are used to it because she's done it for years, others get nervous about safety. He did what he could with the chair, but also understands that kids like this are smarter than we think and will figure things out. He knows the product and children's needs very well.

I had asked to have my batteries installed early because my current batteries were in bad shape. While Virgil was installing my new batteries Ron found the remaining parts of my repair order. So Virgil installed the rest of my order so I wouldn't have to return. Great job Virgil and Ron!!! Thanks Numotion.

Unhappy with this company they can’t seem to get the brakes working correctly on my son’s wheelchair. He has fell out of his chair several times. And has got hurt by this.

Very friendly and accommodating. Was very professional. I just wish I can get my wheelchair faster. It takes a while, but once I have it and if it works great, I'll come back and give them an extra star.
