I couldn’t find anyone in town to work on my VW, and when I did they overcharged without notice. NorthWells was my savior! They are always friendly and willing to explain the issue kindly! I converted my whole family! I’ve been back many times.

We took our Chevy equinox in for the normal scheduled maintenance services (ie...oil change and coolant flush), and it seems like they get better and better, and I really didn't think that anyone could do that! They were honest and straightforward about our service and replacement tires for the front of the suv.Services: Tires

My 12 year old Honda Fit was in need of some major TLC--low mpg (28 mpg), gas smell, erratic acceleration, and a variety of engine noises--and I had been dissatisfied with other service providers. Half a day after bringing it in to NWSC, I had a car that purred, made no noises, not a whiff of gasoline, and ran like new. After my first full tank of gas, I calculated I was getting 34.2 mpg (it was interstate driving) which was around 35 mpg when the car was brand new. I couldn't believe it--I will be getting over 50 miles more per tank of gas.The price was significantly lower than my previous place (I checked the itemized receipt against an older one where some of the items were the same such as oil change). Definitely bang for my buck.

Stumbled upon this shop when a warranty claim made me have the vehicle checked. Loved them so much, we've taken every vehicle since to them. Most recently my Challenger for a new clutch and some front end work. They diagnosed, help us set up financing, ordered parts, and did all the repairs in just a few days! Car is better than when I bought it! Don't think about using their services, do it. You won't regret it!!!Services: Exhaust

It took a bit of time to get my car in but that could also be a sign that people like to go here. They did some troubleshooting on a car and found that it needed a new radiator. It was turned around quickly and correctly. The bill was reasonable. I'll be going to them again but hopefully not soon.

Do not recommend this place. I been thru four power steering pumps in two years. All been replaced by this company. They keep putting the same power steering pump by a manufacturer that is sub par. They didn't quote me a for a OEM part. Just slapped one in and didn't even go over my options. Also made a.mess on my.other vehicle. My sun roof cover has this black sealant goo on the cover. I can't get it off. Been thru two Alernators on the on same vehicle with the pump problem. All they done is cost me time and money. Now they cost me over additional $350.00 to put in a OEM pump that they should of done before. Thank God I have a extended warranty on this vehicle but they have cost my warranty company alot of money on this one issue. And my out of pocket expense as well. They seem to have run a scam on me. Reason I say that is because they said if the power steering pump fails even though they new was a junk part they where going to charge me for the labor and not the part, because they say they aren't at fault even though they know that part has a failure problem.Considering this was going to be the fifth pump they where going to put in. It's sad a company screws over a customer like this. It's not a good practice. I work in similar practice and sometimes when things happen like this if you really value your customer sometimes it's better to eat the cost and do right by the customer. They should have said OK we will put in a OEM pump eat the labor and be done with it. Sadly enough they don't care to try. Sad and pathetic at the sametime. But I found a decent repair shop and even though it's costing me money at least it's taking care of. And it's going to be a OEM.part.

Asked the tech several times the price to pick up after completed. Was told one amount and upon picking up the vehicle the price had increased almost an additional 200$. Spoke with the tech and he tried to act like he told me when in fact he did not. Paid for the car but will NEVER go there again. Do not recommend this company for service.

1st I was quoted a cheaper price for my repair they told me to wait on the repair until I see my gas mileage going down. So I wait on the repair and I come back they say prices went up but they was the one who quoted me and printed me out that price and told me to wait they wouldn’t compromise and they are very money hungry. I wasn’t going to go through them but they called & told me they got the parts anyway after I canceled my appointment. So I got the repair done. They promised my vehicle to be done that Friday I was without a vehicle until Tuesday afternoon. They said they was going to give me a discount only discounted me $50 for almost having my vehicle for a week. I got my vehicle back 2days later my vehicle still doing the same thing it was previously doing. I spent 2100 in repairs. They want to charge me to look at my truck again. Like I said very money hungry and it’s not the 1st time I spent money with them. They didn’t even offer me a ride but did it without hesitation to a lady of another skin color. I’m very disappointed.

The people at N Wells Service center are all helpful and friendly. They patiently explained what needed to be done and what the cost was, even when I questioned everything. They worked with my insurance to make sure we got the max coverage and made sure I had my car when I needed it. I come here for everything literally they are great people and Mitch is awesome he lets your know what needs to be done and not tryna charge u for every thing it not it .. just had motor mounts replace under 400 bucks fox and fox told me 12 hundreds north wells always fox wiring yo speed sensor and a few other thing a great company and worker I will use them for the rest of my life ????I will have all other repairs done here
