Have left messages, called several times. No answer. No easy way to pick up loose epaf versions of books for online students. Finally got through on the phone and the employee sighed in annoyance when I told her I tried ordering and needed help. She put me on hold for so long the line disconnected.

I called them 10 times during business ours and couldn't get in contact with anyone. I normally don't write reviews but access to missing materials can severely impact student success.
