Yeah I took my very nice silverado through there and there brushes took my side mirror cover off. Went back and they found the mangled cover but refused to replace it. Then tried telling me it had prior damage what a bunch of B.S.

The Mikes on Lima takes off antenna and power washes both sides of the vehicle. I know it is hard to find help after Covid, but don't rush the vehicles. Take your time and let us think we are getting out money's worth.

Nice staff. But way overpriced!!! This is a small little city, so not many car washes, that's why they can charge an arm and leg. They don't even offer free vacuums for the price.

I ordered Mike's Car wash books with gift boxes. The wash books came quickly in the mail however no boxes.When I contacted the office in Terra Haute they told me to go to any store and I could get a box. If I was able to easily get to a carwash I would have just gone and bought the wash booklets there. But, instead, I had to make an extra visit just for a box.Last year I also requested boxes with my booklets and didn't receive them. If they don't send the boxes out; why offer them?

Well I just bought a book cause it was a deal. First time taking my car through with their ultimate ceramic wash. The most expensive one and it didn't even touch the back of my car. The stuff that was on the back would have easily came off with the spray of a hose. My mistake for not checking my car out after going through wash, but I'm questioning my purchase still have 6 washes left but not impressed at the moment. I hand washed the back after leaving a car wash.
