Car wash cleaned my 23 Maverick but after going through the dryer left a lot of water run marks I hand dried
Works cost $19. Next time I'll hand wash and dry be cheaper and just as good of results

Great experience! The person greeting me at my car to pay for the wash was very polite and professional.
I then started to vacuum my vehicle and there was an issue with the suction. I walked into the office and Stephanie greeted me kindly and came right out and started working on the vacuum. She turned on another vacuum for me to use and gave me all the time I needed to get the car cleaned out. She was very generous and great customer service!!!
I recommend this car wash for sure!!

I am literally confused how I paid 30 dollars and my car is still dirty. I just cleaned some of it for 45 mins with what car cleaner I had, I am ordering some other car cleaner now. The guy there saw how dirty my car still was putting back on my winderwiper that got knocked off and said nothing. I was too embarrassed to say something. I guess i could take pics... I am just disappointed and won't go back.

Do not purchase at a gas pump... And I'll go elsewhere now.
Should the gas pump not put a receipt, you have to go through all sorts of hassle to get your car wash redeemed. Piss poor initiative on the effort of The business.

I try to AVOID this location ALL the time. These kids that are here barely want to work. Also, it would be nice if they actually knew how to ALTERNATE the lines. Such a shame.

Got the works today. It was ok, but there was still a spot on the vehicle that was dirty from an unkind bird. Also noted that there was soap residue on the vehicle after wash was complete. I usually don't have these issues.

Is a regular practice to ask a unlimited user, Does there pass work? I've never been asked that. I asked the driver behind me if she asked him did his pass work. He said no, so why would she ask me? I really feel like she was accusing me of trying to steal!!! The attendant, who is also the manager, needs some customer etiquette training. Is it normal procedure to ask and unlimited pass user if their passwords works? I've never been asked that and I've been to most of the car washes in Fort Wayne!
